Jami is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She is often catty and makes remarks like "if you don't like it you're on a month to month lease, you can move out whenever". She's a small town mean girl who never grew up. She's holds personal bias in a profession that she shouldn't. It is her responsibility to care for the tenants concerns with respect and remorse which she has none. She has treated me with no kindness or respect. I think it's so disgusting in a small town where she would risk the integrity of her company by behaving in such a manner. I absolutely will never recommend Amador Property Management to anyone looking for a home in this county.

When it came on the market she called us and told us that she had found a good one and we should check it out. She was right. Our offer got accepted within 2 or 3 days of our dream home hitting the market. We are extremely knowledgeable about real estate as one of us is a realtor in the bay area and one of us is a real estate lawyer, but her guidance was invaluable and she met our high and very demanding expectations. I agree with the other post, when we had questions about our lot line after close of escrow, she met us with a tape measure, when we left town and forgot to properly drain the pipes this winter, she swung by to help us out. We highly recommend her and would use her again, although we love our new house so much we hope to never need her services to sell it!

She is arrogant and rude and actually hung up on me when I asked to be taken off her mailing lists, not even waiting for my name and address!! I was not upset when I initially called, as it was just a simple request, no problem with most people. We had already asked that Century 21 agents NOT contact us in any way as ours is a vacation home and a friend forwards the mail to wherever we are so it doesn't fill up our mailbox here. (I have to call in every year to remind the Century 21 office in Arnold.)There are so many century 21 agents up here that they all send you stuff fighting each other for your business! My wife and I have had experiences with many different real estate agents over the years, and I can…read moresay without hesitation that Sharon has been one of our favorites. During the improbably process of buying our family's favorite "rental house", Sharon helped us successfully navigate a series of obstacles such as keeping tabs on a home that was already sale-pending (but later fell through), and handling a difficult, multiple-offer situation that required a late night change of offer letter that ultimately resulted in our winning offer at a reasonable price. My wife and I often remark that we would not own the home today if it wasn't for the efforts of Sharon during this time. That experience alone is worth a positive review, but what really sets Sharon apart was her desire to make sure the "seal the deal" approach extended into happy home ownership. Sharon helped open the home as furniture was being delivered, drove by to check the driveway, secured help to clean gutters, kept spare keys to be checked out by contractors, did a security check, etc. Even a year after owning the own, we know we can count on Sharon for any referrals or to lend a helping had at a moment's notice. Sharon is truly interested in helping people find the home they love and making everything about home ownership as easy as possible. She's intelligent, hard-working, detail oriented, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great communicator. I highly recommend her.

If you want it done RIGHT... Call HIBERNATION first!…read more Three years ago I purchased a top of the line Lopi Greenfield GSR2 propane stove from Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spa. I spent a hefty $6,007.00 by the time it was installed in my living room. It never worked properly and for three years, I've been begging and pleading and fighting with Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spas to get it right. Foothill kept telling me it was my fault that our Lopi stove wasn't operating properly until they finally told me they didn't want to "deal " with me anymore. I paid Foothill good money several times over THREE YEARS to come up repeatedly to relight my stove and I was told for three years that the problem was caused by " user error ". I made very clear that no one was changing any settings and that I was waking up to or coming home to a cold house every other day. I was at my wits end until I finally went over Foothill's head, calling the manufacturer of Lopi stoves, Travis Industries. The Lopi regional representative, Edward, who handles Lopi for Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spas listened to me and sent me new parts for my Lopi, qualifying those parts as warranty replacement parts. Unfortunately, Edward sent them to Foothill Fireplace Pools and Spas. Foothill refused to do the work, and withheld the parts for 11 days before shipping them to me at my house, still refusing to come install them. The regional representative, Edward gave me the number for HIBERNATION Stoves and Spas, located at 2182 CA-4 Suite E540, Arnold, CA 95223! I called and spoke with Austin Deaver. Austin immediately put me at ease. He told me he would be happy to come look at our stove and he assured me he would fix it properly. And he did just that! He listened to me. I explained the stoves behavior to him, like I had explained it over and again to Foothill . He tested the stoves brain ( IFC) and it tested bad. He validated my claim. HIBERNATION made it right when Foothill could not. Period! HIBERNATION is my GO TO. I will always call HIBERNATION for my Lopi stove. Not only did Austin come in here and get it right, he made our stove brand new. Austin! You're the BOMB! We love you ! Thank you for everything. You are truly appreciated!
