I feel so bad in forgetting to post the excellent work that Lap Lee did in redoing master bath. They returned small shower into a nice closet with shelves. I was so impressed with them that they will be doing my guest bathroom next week. Their work was great and their estimator was fantastic and responded promptly to my inquiry.

I figured my last review of Mr. Curran would stand for itself, but I noticed the mistruth in his…read moreresponse to my review and figured folks might want to know that he has a trouble with telling the truth as well. Pretty plain to see Mr. Curran was invited to give his option and evaluation, but instead chose to throw a temper tantrum, then lie here on Yelp in an attempt to cover it up. Despite Mr. Curran's claims, he was invited to give his evaluation, but refused to do so. It's also plain to see (in contrast to his claim) that I re-iterated to him that I had planned to be there during his scheduled time. That much is right here in the text string in writing. I can appreciate, sir, that you may be a good person. At least that is your own self evaluation and I'm fine with that. You might just not be such a good business person, or perhaps you were having a bad day and you're now having a tough time coming to terms with that....

They are quick to reply and schedule the work. My gate had a broken hinge. It was $300 to weld it…read moreback (fair price), but unfortunately this weld only lasted for 2.5 months. There was no warranty on the work and I was told yesterday that the metal was too thin to weld and hold without an additional $300-$500 of work. It's unfortunate that I was not told this the first time when I paid $300 for the gate to be welded. I would recommend that you secure a warranty before proceeding with this vendor as I am now out $300 and still have to pay for my gate to be fixed elsewhere, as I do not feel comfortable investing another $300 after the first fix failed in 2.5 months. I was not offered a free fix, or a partial refund, so proceed with caution/a confirmed warranty. I can say that we're friendly, timely and competitively priced- hence the 2.5 stars.

We recently used Jonathan's business for a level and quote for some floor damage to our…read moremanufactured home. First and foremost, the low reviews for this business are meant to be detrimental and in no way shape or form reflect upon the ACTUAL professionalism and work that Jonathan performs. We had our home leveled two years prior, and I knew it was time for another. Jonathan arrived on time, calling prior to make sure someone was home. He inspected the inside of the home, listened to all of our concerns, viewed the concerns for himself, and promptly went to work. He made a detailed review of what needed to be done and additional quotes on what he noticed and recommended being performed. At no time were we surprised by price (which was incredibly fair) and we took the recommendations to heart and will have them taken care of by NorCal Mobile in the future. Our home feels safe and stable again and everything my wife pointed out was addressed and fixed. Thank you gentlemen! 10/10 and Highly Recommend. Our business with this Service was satisfactory, that I have posted this review on Yelp as well. _____________________________________________________________ UPDATE: things went do well the first time, that we brought them back for a much larger repair to the home. Replacement of all of the underfloor insulation, vapor cover, replacement of some water-damaged wood under the floorboards, 19' of skirt, and an update to our dryer vent. Still an easy 10/10. Their work is perfect and we are very grateful. The next project will be upgrading the windows to double pane.

I believe they only tightened the jack bolts rather than making actual adjustments. Sloppy Skirting: Installed an inch too low (exposing an old paint line), panels don't align, and exterior spigots were left improperly angled. Messy Shortcuts: They used expanding spray foam to fill alignment gaps, leaving overflow everywhere. Property Damage & Debris: The crew broke some backyard furniture without telling me and hid their construction trash by enclosing it under the porch (clearly visible through the porch deck). For the price tag, the quality of work was unacceptable.
