Unprofessional, subpar work. We never even would have chosen a dump like this but we're forced for a warranty repair through our inverter. He claimed the issue wasn't covered and instead of giving our machinery back, held it ransom until we paid almost $150 out of pocket for it to be returned. He didn't even fix the issue and we had to drive back and forth three more times because he admittedly "can't see too well anymore" and messed up. When we pointed out his negligence wasted time, energy, and gas, he just said he's "cheaper than everyone else" and never apologized once for being a hack. Screw this raggedy place.

We hired Curb Appeal NRV cut down several trees mid-June 2024. They didn't show up until…read moremid-November 2024 to start work and didn't leave until January 24, 2025, with long stretches of no work in between. This was extremely disruptive, and the process took far too long. They had a bucket truck and there were usually about 5 people here, with what appeared to be only one person ever working. The owners (Ben and Lori) brought their pitbull and let the dog run around my yard off leash. This was extremely inconsiderate. I have a dog and couldn't let her out all day with that dog around. When I walked into the backyard to talk to them at one point, their dog snarled and lunged at me. The owners also brought a metal detector and were treasure hunting and digging holes all over my backyard (while they are supposed to be working). I asked and reminded them for mulch from the trees way too many times. Still never got the mulch. They damaged our walkway paver path. They didn't even have the common courtesy to let us know, and when I brought it to their attention, they had the audacity to blamed it on us (claimed it wasn't installed properly - rude and not true) or the guy they hired to do stump grinding broke them (I don't know who you are, but if you are reading this: beware of the guys you are working with). The damage was caused by them either driving their bucket truck over the walkway or dropping a log on it. They didn't complete leveling out the ground because, as they claim, the ground was frozen - poor excuse when they were able to level other areas. They removed our property markers stakes (a survey costs at least $400). When I brought this to their attention, they accused me of making "too big of a deal" about it. We paid hundreds of dollars to have this done, and needed those to have a fence and shed installed. Money wasted. My neighbor also had trees cut down during this time. They damaged her invisible fence. Removed cinder blocks from around the base of her shed (without asking) and used them to sharpen tools, and they never put them back. They also left several large logs in the yard and just left the yard looking like a mess in general. They used our ladder (again without asking), which was really stupid, because that ladder is broken, and I would have told them that if they, you know... asked permission first (I only found out after the fact). They asked for payment several times, claiming "we'll be done with the job today". When I told them I needed to wait until they were actually done before providing payment, they were very rude and pushy - and guess what, each time the job wasn't actually completed that day. When it finally came time for payment, I told them that I wanted to discuss the issues above before providing payment and that a discount was in order due to the damage caused (walkway and property markers). The owner (Ben) came by and as I was attempting to explain the issues, he became completely unhinged and started screaming at me in my yard. He made such a scene that the neighbors texted me asking if I was OK and that they could hear him yelling from inside their homes. Stay far away from this company, unless you have all the time in the world for the work to be completed and are looking forward to spending extra time and money cleaning up their mess.
