Ive had 3 massages in my life and this is by far my least favorite. I'm still sore from the pinching in my neck that was done for 5 minutes straight. Elbows and forearm were used more than hands it feels like. To be fair, I was tensed since it was a new place but as soon as I get to relaxing part of the massage she's back to digging with elbows on pressure points. read more

These ladies really work hard to break those tight muscles! I wish I could give them a lot of tips but hopefully a great review helps. Their technique is really good. read more

I am so unhappy. I wished I would have got the name of the person who massage me the first time I went there, because she made me return. However. I returned and got Helen. It was the worse massage ever. She was horrible. Kept the sheet on me almost whole time, boney elbows, and fast pressure. Never asked me pressure or spoke to me. Didn't even know what she was doing, I asked her twice to STOP. She responded with "you are in pain". Unsure if she spoke english to understand. No leg rub, didn't touch feet, pulled hair and scratched scalp, nothing felt good. I should have gotten up and asked for money back. In which they over charged because we paid cash! I know they have zero training, BUT she should not be allowed to touch people. I will probably call to ask for a refund and wont get it. I think she answers phones and just threw her in the mix last min?!?!? read more

I always receive a great massage and the girls are so nice. Definitely my go to spot!

Guys the massage felt pretty dang good on my back and sh the only problem I had is when I walked in after I called for a massage and I pay 60 for an hour, I walk in and she is like can I get the tip first I'm like that's kinda weird but ok so I hand her the card but right after she charged my card she was all like "oops I charge u 60 for massage not tip" and then she kept on babbling on and I could not understand what she was saying she wanted me to write it on the receipt and I couldn't understand what she was saying she was like "this for the owner" and I'm trying to right my tip on the receipt but I guess that's not what she wanted? and I gave her 5 dollars before it started and she didn't sound so happy about it but I don't know how much I wanna tip before I actually get a massage so I just did that but after she massaged me I gave her 20 cause I was genuinely impressed with how good it felt especially on my back but yea I recommend this place it's nice and legit even if that first encounter made me lose brain cells read more

All I have to say is this place never disappoints. Even when my main girl (Summer) wasn't available, I was surprisingly satisfied. Best massage spot in the area with quality massage therapists. read more

I walked in and the lovely woman behind the desk accommodated me right away. I went into the private room and prepared for the massage. The woman who gave me the massage was very gentle, which I needed, but firm enough to get me to relax. This was a classic therapeutic massage with draping throughout. I was tired so the conversation was minimal, but who goes to this kind of place for that? The hot towels have become a favorite part of massages for me lately. Thanks for the wonderful, relaxing, and warm atmosphere. read more

Called and was able to get in within 10 minutes. Lisa was my masseuse. This was probably the best massage I've ever had in my life and I've had many, including at several high end resorts. The pressure was perfect, I did not have to ask her to adjust one time. She gave me the best face massage, including my scalp and ears. She definitely made sure to massage every part of my body, head to toes, except the obvious parts. I was assured when paying that all the massage therapists here are equally as good, which I find hard to believe because Lisa was so amazing. Thankful to have finally found my go-to spot for massages. read more

Great massage, no issues with payments like others have said. If you want a good well rounded massage for a decent price, they are the place. Will walk on your back if you ask! read more

Me Time Spa - Massage Near Me - Elk Grove, California

This place FUCKING SUCKS. I called twice. And both times the lady failed to mention to me that they have a shit credit card machine and they are only taking cash. I had my whole day planned out for a friends birthday and they ruined it. Now I have to go out of my way to either find a new place or go to an atm machine somewhere and withdraw cash Then I asked them if they are going to give me a discount for the inconvenience and they just laugh and say they aren't the boss. What kind of business are you running?? A not very good one. read more

First and Last time here.. $75 for 1 hour 30 minutes of repetitive back rubbing??zero technique and minimal release of tight muscles. Was really hoping this would be a new massage spot for me but the reflexology next door is 100% better and cheaper. Sorry Me Time, more like "No Time".. read more

Stumbled across this place as I was phoning several places to see if I can get in last minute (tuesday morning) without RSVP. Lisa was my masseuse, she was funny and nice. I grabbed the $40 for 60 min option and it was quite nice. (There are no more happy hour specials). She used good enough pressure for me. During the massage it felt good, but the place didn't give off a "zen" feeling if you know what I mean. I did not like the music they were putting in the background and I heard the washing machine and the door alarm opening and closing several times. But this won't stop me from coming back because it's still a deal for the price. However, next time I'm going to ask if I can put on my own music and bring my own massage oil/lotion. BTW I tipped her 40%, what do people normally tip here? read more

I am completely caught off guard.. and very pleasantly surprised to say this: I just had the most amazing massage and quite possibly the best massage I have had in a very long time! My massage therapist was named Linda, and she was so sweet and kind! And a professional! I was in town visiting a friend and have been having massive headaches the past few weeks... so I did a yelp search and chose Me Time based on reviews and proximity to where I was visiting. It was a quick and easy call get an appointment within an hour! It's a very basic setup once you enter, but it is welcoming! Linda briefly chatted with me, and then showed me the room. Again it's a very simple set up, no fuss, but clean and comfortable! My only recommendation would be to suggest a more relaxing music selection and a scented massage oil or diffuser! I actually giggled when OutKast's "I like the way you move" came on in an elevator music style cover song :) She is magical- she really took her time and worked out every single knot in my back and neck. Linda checked in often to make sure I was okay and the pressure was suitable for me. When she had completed the massage I literally felt like I was on cloud 9! My headache was gone, and every ache had diminished. I highly recommend! The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the massage is worth every penny! read more

This place is AMAZING!!! The owner recently changed, but the quality did NOT! I have received massages from both Karen (who isn't there right now, but hopefully she returns!) and Helen. These wonderful ladies are magicians, I'm sure of it! They practice traditional Asian massage, and they have incredible skill. I go in and feel seized up, almost locked in place, and by the time I'm walking out, I'm almost gliding, my joints are so smooth. Do yourself (and them) a favor and plan on paying in cash (their machine can be finicky). Me Time has been my go-to for about 5 years now, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough! This place is phenomenal! read more

Called in to see if they had any openings because I was in dire need of a massage that day. Luckily, they did and I arrived within 20 minutes and the lady at the front took me to a room as soon as I got in. Room was clean, and nice and warm. Karen came in and did my massage. She was very nice, and she has the softest hands I have ever felt! Strong lady though, one of the top three best massages I've ever had. read more

Best reflexology in Elk Grove! Husband and I have had many massages here. He gets the kind where they walk on you, he was scared at first but he loves it now, and doesn't get anything else. About a week ago, I slept on my neck wrong and could barely move. After a week of suffering I went in and got an hour massage. After I left I almost had full motion of my neck back! read more

I have really bad lower back pain. Jenny took me the same day and was amazing. I told her she fixed my back! Great deal, 90 min well worth it read more

I'm new to Elk Grove and asked a coworker for a recommendation for a massage. I didn't feel like driving 40 minutes to see my regular girl in Lodi. I was so tense....my shoulders and back were in knots, and my legs and feet were aching. I called and made an appointment with Jenny. I arrived 5 minutes early and was immediately taken back to my room, which was small and quiet. I got ready and then Jenny came in. At first I wasn't sure what to expect. Usually when I get massages they first discuss problem areas but Jenny didn't. This was a little bit of a red flag for me but I proceeded anyways. Jenny immediately started loosing up the muscles on my back and told me I was really really tight (which I already knew). She proceeded to give me a 90 minute massage. She checked in every 15 minutes or so and asked if the pressure was okay, which it was. I tend to like my massages a little deeper and she did that no problem. Don't be alarmed if she climbs/leans onto the table to get leverage to do this! The massage felt amazing and she found sore muscles I didn't even know I had. When she was done my body was completely relaxed and I had zero pain. I went to pay and saw that their rates were $40/hour or $60/90minutes. AMAZING! I paid with my credit card and left her a tip on the card. I was so thrilled with my experience that I booked a massage for three days later for my boyfriend. He doesn't like the deep pressure like I do. He said that he had the same experience I did. Jenny checked in with him on the pressure and he said she went hard enough to get the knots out but not so hard that it hurt. He came home relaxed and pain free. Overall I'm very impressed! Jenny was super professional and super skilled. Their prices were amazing and they have great hours too! I'd definitely recommend this place and booking with Jenny if you can! read more

Quiet location with good service. I was there for a full body massage. $40 for an hour is a great price. Private rooms that were very clean. The ladies were very professional and checked if I was doing ok or if the pressure was too hard. Overall a very good experience. read more

This is my spot when I want a full body massage. I've tried all the therapist and haven't been disappointed yet. They all have really strong hands and the massage just feels amazing. My only complaint is sometimes they leave the room to answer the phone or to help a customer. I really wouldn't mind them doing that if they added more minutes to my massage. Bottom line is if all you care about is the massage then come here but if you want a high end spa with a crappy massage then this ain't your spot. read more

I came here on a whim because I was 6 months pregnant and needed some good body relaxation and I called in advance to set up a same day appointment and they accommodated me no problem. I get there and Jenny is my masseuse and I couldn't of been happier with my experience! She's amazing and very professional, she worked out all the tension in my shoulder and upper back. The next day I was sore and the following day after that, but that just means I got a very thorough deep tissue massage! I will be back and I'm bringing a friend this place is too good and for $40/hour read more

I decided to give this place a try because of the great reviews. I had a long and exhausting week at work and I was achy and in lots of pain so I was looking forward to a nice, strong massage. I came here with my boyfriend and when they brought us into the rooms, they led me to a room and said "the girl goes in here" so I followed as it was my first time. I like my massages hard so I tried my best to tell my masseuse to go harder and harder. She never really got much harder and she kept mentioning "you should have requested the room with the bar so I can stand on your back and go harder" ...I didn't know that was an option and it was my first time. And guess what. The room that THEY sent me to didn't have the bar so it wasn't a choice even if I wanted it. They said that "ladies usually don't like hard massages so we don't take them to the room with the bar". Which is stupid because they can't assume that. Just because I'm female doesn't mean that I don't want or deserve a hard enough massage. So I got through the massage terribly unsatisfied. When I met up with my bf at the end, he was just ecstatic about his great massage with the bar and Jenny standing on his back and thighs. So I tried to ask for a discount or incentive to come back and try the bar... But they had no sympathy. And just said I should ask next time. That was NOT worth the $40 and I left more stressed and upset at the situation. So I will not be coming back. Long story short, they're sexist and they're not equipped to serve each customer equally. read more

Needed a massage badly today and came on trusty old Yelp to help me find the right place. Stumbled upon Me Time, called them up and asked for Jenny as I saw her name mentioned a lot here. She is incredible!!!!! Her massage was better than most massages I've had in higher end spas. The facility is clean and surprisingly quiet with nice soft music. She always checks in on her pressure and the temperature of the hot towels which is nice. I scheduled my husband to go see her next week and myself to go back in two. At only $40 an hour!!!!! Jenny is easily worth twice that! Thank you! read more
