It took me a while to book a massage with anyone because I'm particular with experience, cleanliness......so after looking around, I decided to book with Lucy and she exceeded all my expectations!! She's super nice and listens to what you need. I suffer from back pain and every time I walk out, I'm like a brand new person. I got my parents to go to her too and when they come out from their session, they look lighter. My dad never had a good massage, so he was super skeptical, but afterwards he said he would give her 1000 star review if he could. I have been going to Lucy for a very long time. I no longer live in Merced, but prefer to drive half an hour just to see her. She makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job. I never have a regularly scheduled appointment and often have to text her when I know I'll have time to come to town. While she can't always get me in the same day, she is awesome at almost always being able to accommodate my schedule. The environment ia very relaxing. It's always a great experience. The location is convenient and I'm usually able to get an appointment for the same week I call. Her rates are also really reasonable. I can't rate on a massage experience, but I can rate on the lack of customer service. I contacted this place via Facebook, phone call and text message and still could not pin down an actual appointment. They may want to hire a secretary to handle appointments because it seems like the person doing the massages is the only one that picks up the phone/ returns messages and the response time is terrible. read more

Very disappointed. Would not recommend. I am new to Merced and decided to do a Google search for a massage therapist in Merced. I chose "Me Time" based on the two reviews here on Yelp and made an appointment on Saturday for a one hour massage at 5:30 pm on Wednesday., i.e., today. Lucy was the person I spoke with (I think she is the owner and the only employee but not sure). She said that the number I had called was her cell and to please text or call her if I needed to cancel or was running late, etc. At 4:27 pm (yes, I am looking at the time stamps on my cell as I am writing this!) I got a text from her asking me to confirm that I was still going. I texted back right away saying that I had been looking forward to the appointment all day. As I was driving towards the appointment I got stuck behind a minor temporary road closure (construction-related inside the campus where I work) and decided to text her letting her know that I may be 5 to 10 minutes late. I got there exactly at 5:40pm and started to look around the plaza for the SPA. I walked up and down and could not find it so I picked up my cell to call her and saw that she had sent a text at 5:41pm: "ok, I'm going to leave in a few minutes". I called her right away and no one picked up, so I left her a voicemail (thjis was at 5:43pm) saying that I was there but could not find her shop. Finally I see a door literally in a corner with the sign "Mall Entrance". Ha! There is a Mall?! I thought that the plaza was just a few small shops... that's what it looks like from every other angle! Anyway, went in and, voilà, there was the Me Time Spa... closed. With the lights off and no one inside. (For the record, she never told me when I made the appointment or when she sent a "confirmation text" that her shop was located inside the mall. She did not even give me the address for that matter, which I found a bit odd given that I told her that I would be a new client.) In short, I find it unprofessional, to say the least, for her to have sent me that text and have closed down shop when I had confirmed just one hour earlier that I was going, and had given her a 30 minute heads up that I may be up to 10 minutes late. Needless to say that I will not be going there or recommending her to anyone... I like my masseuse/masseur to have a positive vibe and that is definitely not what I got from her during this interaction. read more

My partner and I went in. We both got a massage and she also received a facial. Both of our massages were awesome. Lucy did a fantastic job. Her daughter did the facial. My partner said she did a wonderful job. It included a face, arm, hand, and foot massage. We don't do this sort of thing often, but we hope to visit this place again in the future! read more

I asked if it was ok to move my time she said she had another app which I understood completely, I then asked if she had another time slot for me she said no then rudely asked if i was comin in or not.
