She's super nice and listens to what you need. I suffer from back pain and every time I walk out, I'm like a brand new person. I got my parents to go to her too and when they come out from their session, they look lighter. My dad never had a good massage, so he was super skeptical, but afterwards he said he would give her 1000 star review if he could. We have to drive quite a bit, but we all agree it's extremely worth it. Plus, it's affordable!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

My husband got Berline and I received the other masseuse. Hank love his but I wasn't really happy with mine. One day he couldn't attend his massage and I grabbed his cancellation. From that day forward, Hank and I both have become loyal client of Berline. We love her. She hits all the areas your body needs. My previous experience with massage was pain and no gain. I…read moreoften longed for that " luxurious" massage friends and family raved about. That changed when my husband gave me the gift of a massage at Solus Day Spa. Hesitant at first, I soon found myself relaxed and the massage was above and beyond all my expectations. Berline, the registered massage therapist and owner of Solus Day Spa is very professional and personable. I was impressed with the ambience of the suite she occupies in the Promenade. Muted colors and lighting, soft soothing music and aromatherapy makes this relaxing experience even more enjoyable. Berline's experienced hands quickly isolates the areas of stress and tension and she is able to alternate pressure as she releases and elongates the tense, tight muscles. In addition to therapeutic massage, Berline also offers body wraps and hot stone therapy. Solus Day Spa is nestled in the popular Promenade and is easily accessible with adequate parking. I give her 5 stars for the 10 star massage I received and highly recommend her.

A great find! I…read moremoved back to my SMALL hometown and after living in LA for the last 16 years I thought finding the kind of quality service I had grown accustomed to would be difficult. I couldn't wait anymore for an appt with my LA estheticians and called to many places around town for a specific type of service. Much to my dismay I couldn't find a local spa that offered what I wanted. FORTUNATELY I found her online and booked an appointment for the next day. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised to find a quaint location near downtown that spoke to the "spa" feeling I was hoping for. Nice cozy seating area, with that lovely spa sent of lavender in the air. Good assortment of product on the shelves. The owner and esthetician Elia Brummell greeted me right away and took me to the room after paperwork was filled. The room was immaculate with all her waxing product extremely clean and organized. She was very professional and thorough in her explanation on her services and during the appointment. I'll definitely be back and if you're in need of a local place here in Merced, I give her a five stars!! Yeah!!! :)
