But today I basically paid to have oil rubbed on my body this could never qualify as a massage I kept trying to communicate with my massage therapist but she doesn't speak English she pulled out her phone to translate and still was not following my directions I kept asking her to go get the gentleman from the front so he could translate she would not. I literally sat up on the bed and was telling her to go get the gentleman from the front she just kept rubbing oil on me as if I wasn't literally sitting up. I called the front numerous times got no answer so I got off the table and as I was getting dressed finally received a return call. I told him what had happened that I came in because I was in a lot of pain from sleep wrong and I can't sleep as a result and that the massage therapist was not listening to me and that I had been trying to call to get assistance. I was offered no apology and no remedy for what occurred I also was offered no discount and asked to pay full price for my service which I did so I could be done with this place. I told them I would never ever come back to this place and I don't recommend anyone else coming here either. She also put some oil on my face which I didn't know she was going to do that has now caused me to break out and my massage finished 10 minutes ago. But I told her not to put anything on my face as I have really sensitive skin and I had my eyes closed and she did it anyway like I wasn't even talking to her. Then I started wiping it off and she hands me a dry tissue which was no help. I am completely upset and disgusted by my experience and I do not recommend anyone visiting this place take your money elsewhere!!
