I called the front numerous times got no answer so I got off the table and as I was getting dressed finally received a return call. I told him what had happened that I came in because I was in a lot of pain from sleep wrong and I can't sleep as a result and that the massage therapist was not listening to me and that I had been trying to call to get assistance. I was offered no apology and no remedy for what occurred I also was offered no discount and asked to pay full price for my service which I did so I could be done with this place. I told them I would never ever come back to this place and I don't recommend anyone else coming here either. She also put some oil on my face which I didn't know she was going to do that has now caused me to break out and my massage finished 10 minutes ago. But I told her not to put anything on my face as I have really sensitive skin and I had my eyes closed and she did it anyway like I wasn't even talking to her. Then I started wiping it off and she hands me a dry tissue which was no help.
