Got my order totally wrong. I ordered 2 personal pizzas, when I got there they had made 2 extra large......really. Took 45 minutes out of my day. Ridiculous! I understand Valentine's Day and any other holiday is busy, however when you offer to place orders online and pay for them in advance. We expect to be able to pick up at our scheduled time. When I got there there was over 20 people in line , I asked one of the guys about the pizza and showed him confirmation! The restaurant including the bathroom could be kept cleaner more often throughout the day, especially when there's parties. That would be the only negative for me and my family. I've never had a problem with this location. My food has always been hot and fresh even on a busy day. I cannot believe what terrible customer service I experienced on my order today. Daniel was the acting manager for this shift on June 19, 2023 between the hours of 3:30pm and 5:15pm. I ordered two pizzas, one large one personal. Both I asked for light sauce because I always ask for light sauce. But today it looked like they just didn't put any. So I call asking if they could remake it, just like they have done so easily in the past. Daniel asked how many slices we're already eaten from the large. I said probably 5 slices, they weren't eaten but they were bitten into by my company that I have over. He says they won't do it because too many slices have been eaten. So now on to the personal pizza, he's asking how many slices are gone, I said only 2 bites from one slice because I noticed it pretty quickly. His answer to this is that I "as a customer" should not have taken a second bite if I had already known that it was made wrong.? He says that that's already half the pizza and that he cannot remake it. I've never had bad customer service at this me n Ed's and they've always been great at making sure the customer is happy rather than argue about how many bites or slices have been tasted so far. Daniel immediately said that he will refuse any service if we raise our voice when he was the one to start off by telling us that it's our responsibility to lift up the cheese and pepperoni to inspect the correct amount of sauce is there before handing out slices to the people I had over. As well as stop at one bite on the personal pizza because I should have known better. I mean seriously Daniel? How long have you been a manager? He's extremely unprofessional. After being told no about getting a new pizza made right, we asked for our money back and they can take there pizza back. He still says no refund. Basically we're stuck with expensive dog food because I'll toss the cheese pizza but maybe my dog will eat the dry looking pizza So i decided try a different me n Ed's for the personal pizza...and bingo! Kingsburg me n Ed's made it perfect..unfortunately we had to drive to another towns me n Ed's for better pizza and way better customer service. I've never had a problem with Selma's service until I dealt with him. I'm giving 3 stars because their district manager responded to me so fast and immediately said sorry for my experience and he offered to give me my refund. We ordered a pizza for delivery. It took 45 minutes as expected. The delivery driver gave me a pizza which was not the one I ordered. He brought out another pizza from his car which had three pizza slices half hanging out and someone's pizza had been dropped but was clearly not my order. I called the store and was on the phone for 15 minutes with no offer to make it good. Finally I talked to a manager who offered a refund or another pizza, which would take 45 more minutes. I took the refund, I can not believe that there was no effort to make it right or compensate us for the inconvenience. read more

One my my favorite places growing up! However, the last 3-4 years I've been a customer there, it's really gone down hill. They spent all this money on a remodel but still can't have someone staffing the phones to take orders. The call wait time is typically 2-5min but lately it's been closer to 10min. The past few times I have ordered I have been really disappointed in the service! I always call to order for pick up. It took me calling about 5 times for them to even pick up the phone and when they finally did the gentleman was so rude! No greeting, no how can I help you. I get food service is busy and maybe having a bad day but this is now at least 3 times this has happened! So this time I decided to put in an online order. So I come in and they still have you wait in a line to check in. We.The family and I went to Me n Ed's pizza yesterday as it's my hubby's favorite pizza place. I'm not so big on pizza. My daughter ordered 2 pepperoni and a ham and mushroom for me. Well they brought both pepperoni pizzas both I kept waiting for them to bring mine. About a half hour later my daughter went to the counter said we are still waiting for our last pizza. The girl said oh we forgot to make it. Funny thing is they brought us a pizza 5 minutes later. I could almost swear it wasn't what was ordered. It looked like some ground up black stuff with a tiny bit of ham. It was ok pizza for me. Nothing like the pizza I grew up with or Coast to Coast pizza, but it was ok. Now the pepperoni pizza was a big hit there wasn't much to take home they ate it like crazy. I thought the whole wall of draft beer was pretty cool. You buy a card and you put it in and pour your flavor of beer. I don't drink beer but I thought having so many kinds of beer to have with your pizza was are for others who drink. On the menu they have wings that are pretty good and 3 diffrent salads. They have bread sticks and chocolate chip cookie pizza, really its just a hot giant cc cookie. On the tv they were playing celebrity corn hole. They have the punching bag game and other games. I will tell you that the one game my little girl played is either rigged or the employees open it at the end of the end of the day and take the prizes others won a couldn't get out of the machine. My little girl played some game with fit bits and beats and other pricy items. She won some beats.they.fell down but they.were stuck on the belt that pushes them down to the door so you can retrieve them. She went to the girl and told her what happened the girl went to look and said its not our machine and left. My hubby checked it out and said that the conveyor belt doesn't move. So she was cheated out of her gift. It's pretty busy and noisy just as most.pizza parlors are. But it was fun spending time with the family. read more

It was 9pm and the Pepsi is out , I wait until 930pm to see if it has been changed , so I order and when we got our pizza box , the female cashiers were telling us we can't eat there , knowing there's was 2 families eating at the time, however we said okay took it to go but we had paid for a cup to get a fountain drink. It's a hit and miss with the wait time here, but I can say that the consistency of the pizza is always great. Always hot, fresh and soooo tasty.
