I arrived at Little Caesars just after the expected time but just as the ready notification popped up. I entered the code several times and got turned down several times. It took 15min to be able to get anyone's attention. I know because of the app. The waiting area has enough space for 2 people. 1 at register and 1 anywhere else. Being in Selma, I had an asthma attack from, body odor (which is preferable to the Paco Rabanne heavy in the air & cigarettes. I should have left the food because it wasn't fresh. Purchased 2 pizzas , daughter found a large hair cooked into pizza halfways thru eating it. GROSS, so Hubby took it back showed workers,they offered 7.99 refund or new pizza. I tried the Pizza Portal. They said it would be ready between 5:45-5:50. I went in and waited at 5:55. My name never showed up on the screen. At 6:05 I went in and asked if my pizzas were ready. They were sitting in another warming cabinet. Not the one it was supposed to be in for probably more than 25 mins because the pizza was not fresh. It was not as efficient as they promised it would be. The people just walking in got fresher pizza quicker. read more

Probably one of the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. the help at the desk seems very untrained and unfriendly. This is the third time I have had unacceptable food or service. This time, I ordered a deep dish pizza with 3x cheese, 3xcheese and regular onion and regular mushroom. They said it would be 25 minutes. They told me that it would 21.00. so I got there and basically waited my 25 minutes. when I went in to pick it up, the young man at the desk told me it was 30.00 and it was a deep dish with 3x everything. I said that wasnt what I had ordered. so the young man went and got someone else. He came to the counter and said, "what the problem here". I explained to him the problem and he said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you. I guess I can make you another one. That will be 25 minutes". I left. This is not the first time I have had both bad service, the wrong pizza made for me (and I am expected to purchase it or wait another half hour) or something so burned it was inedible. That's it. I will never be back. If you really are wanting Little Caesars, stay away from Selma. Fowler's location is not that far away. Save yourself the aggravation. Don't let my one star fool you. I called in my order and asked for 2 pizzas, one was the $6 BEST deal which we all know is 1-Lg Double pepperoni & DBL cheese!! The girl who answered laughs at me (over the phone) and says: "we are an independently owned franchise and we do not honor that deal, our BEST deal is $7.50 for that DBL pepp & DBL cheese!" (Matter of fact, Valley girl tone included). I was shocked? $7.50 grrrr, fine my daughter's are hungry now! Its, worth the $1.50 to save a 10min drive into the Sanger Ceasars (a 5-star establishment btw). Next I asked for a 3 topping LG pizza, low and behold $12 for this!? Outrageous! Lastly, I asked for that 2-breadsticks for $5 to complete my order. Needless to say, "WE DO NOT HAVE 2-STICKS for $5. Ours are $4.50 for one bread and a sauce!" Chuckle and smirk included no Xtra charge. I was appalled?! What went from our regular $17-18 meal in Sanger turns into $19 for ONLY 2 pizzas!! Yup, WITHOUT Breadstuffs in Selma costed me more than with 2-sticks and sauce in Sanger!? Come to find out after bringing the $19 pizzas home, in Selma they do not truly saturate the pies in cheese and pepperoni as usual. It was just like ordering a regular $5 pizza, and they threw a few Xtra Pepperoni's on it?! Btw, they do not have $5 pizza deals, they only have $5.99 pizzas!! Selma Little Ceasars is a JOKE!! I WILL NEVER Waist MONEY there again, and I STRONGLY recommend you eat a box of cardboard and sum old bubblegum before WAISTING your Hard-earned money in Smellma!! The pizza is OK........but it is not ALWAYS that good..... Sometimes the pizza just tastes TASTELESS.. Oh and I wish they make their place bigger...... It is REALLY small. I agree with all of the previous reviews. Customer service SHOULD be the top priority. I think greed is IT for them. Going cheap on toppings in general and flavor will not keep a customer returning. Today I ordered a deep deep dish and usually the pizza fits the box edge-to-edge. Today it looked as if though the dough was pounded, stretched into an oval and then cooked. WAAAYYY smaller than an actual deep deep dish and it wasn't even "DEEP". Disappointing!! All those 2-liter bottles of soda CAN be minimized to one stack instead of two. The kitchen, I'm sure, can be cleared of all that greasy cardboard that always seems to be everywhere. The staff needs more training on phone and counter etiquette. Dress code must also be enforced. Too many times have I walked in only to see the guys sagging their pants/shorts and other staff in shorts that should be worn at the beach!! Hair should also be tied back and beards trimmed. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is freshly made and tastes great, other times the pizza has been sitting for a while and does not taste good.
