Honestly, the worst pedicure I've ever had. First, the…read moreatmosphere is CRAZY. The Nail "Spa" is on the 2nd floor of a half-abandoned warehouse. Many of the lights in the building didn't work, there was trash & old furniture and dirt everywhere. The restroom was down a dark hallway. I was honestly nervous to go to the bathroom by myself. The nail salon itself is in a huge, oddly decorated room that seems like it was a ballroom in its heyday. There was no one at the cluttered reception desk to greet my friend & I, and the whole situation was very uncomfortable. Hardly a spa! I still would have been happy when I walked out the door if the pedicure was good, but it wasn't it took a VERY long time to complete (over an hour), he didn't even trim my nails or cuticles, and the polish is not clean on the edges. My friend said her pedi was not good too! Her heels were still rough. The place felt dirty and unwelcoming, and the work was poor. I honestly wish I hadn't paid for the experience :/ If the place had been clean and felt safe, and the pedicure was solid, I would have been happy, but unfortunately they failed on all accounts.

It was easy to make an appointment online and I was helped right away when I walked in. They have so many colors to choose from, traditional and gel polishes. I did a mani/pedi combo and was really impressed. Friendly, professional staff. I'll definitely be back.

There is a little shop in the front where they sell both Aromic Polish products and other locally made items, such as felted items and jewelry. It's a perfect spot to find gifts. And the prices are beyond reasonable for small batch polishes at $10-13 a bottle: Toward the back is a nail polish bar where you can create your own custom polishes! The setup was clean and organized- you get your own tray with bottles, mixers, brushes, etc. It was such a unique and fun experience and i had an absolutely blast with my girlfriends! It felt like art class - you get to mix colors until you find the perfect shade and then add in fun sparkles if you want! Can't wait to go back and I highly recommend Atomic Polish for a future girls' night activity!

She had a STEM degree and a lot of her nail paint names are Sci-fi and chemistry derived. I was so confused when choosong nail paints because I loved soamy of them. I especially loved the one named Uranium amd H2O. The place is very cutely decorated and well ventilated. A very nice place to get nail paints or have a girls day out!

Buckle up- this one's good…read more A friend signed me and several friends up for services ant Flora and provided each of us with $125 gift cards. When we later tried to schedule, it was difficult to reach the studio, and when we finally did get a chance to talk with someone we were told they only had 3 technicians at the time we scheduled. 2 of the 5 of us did not go. Those who attended had their gift cards emptied even though they did not receive a service that would have been more than $125 (One received a basic mani with regular polish). The cost of their services were never fully clarified. I scheduled my appointment weeks later and went alone. I asked for a basic gel pedicure (listed as $75 in their website but they charged me $10 for gel builder enhancement without telling me it cost extra) and when I went to check out they said my gift card was emptied. The technician called Hannah who explained to me that they accidentally charged my gift card instead of someone else's during the party. She mentioned that the girls cards were emptied because their appointments were considered a party (this was never communicated to them). I asked to be sent a receipt with my listed services and however much was left in my gift card. I never received this. However, I did receive the following text an hour later from Hannah: Hey there! This is Hannah Marie with Flora Nail Studio. I just thought I'd give you a follow up and let you know that I actually realized and remembered now why your account was at a zero dollar balance. It was because you had been scheduled for a Mani Pedi the same day last minute we foud out you were not coming so our policy Is that if you cancel your appointment after the time of your appointment, it is 100% cancellation fee so we had applied your gift card towards your cancellation fee, which didn't fully cover the cancellation fee but we just took it as a loss on our side. That being said as a courtesy and a kindness towards you, I will go ahead and take the hit on your pedicure today. I have gone ahead and zeroed out your gift card, however for the future. We are a small intimate studio. That being said most of our clients we see every three weeks and do not have a full-time receptionist. Let me know if you have any questions. I find it scammy to empty peoples gift cards without telling them and unprofessional to not communicate cost of services. Why didn't she speak to the person who bought the gift cards to begin with? Why was nothing communicated? The pedicure was fine at best and the toilets were covered with hair. Will not return and will also not be sad if this place goes out of business.
