When we decided to replace it and also add a new water filtration system, they were incredibly helpful--presenting multiple options and even giving us a discount that made a huge difference. Their installation work was absolutely top-notch. Both Zachariah and Cooper went above and beyond; they are detail-oriented professionals who clearly know exactly what they are doing. We also had to fix a water leak coming from our ceiling, and Simon thoroughly inspected everything and accurately located the source of the leak. The very next day, Simon and Jacob returned to complete the repair. They were professional, efficient, and truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing!

I spoke with Cameron of C & C Plumbing to discuss the matter and hired them. They installed a quality pressure regulator, and it made an immediate, noticeable difference. Our appliances are happier, the knocking sounds that used to happen whenever the irrigation system turned on are completely gone, and our house pressure is finally back to normal. They showed up on time, quoted a very fair price, and were clearly knowledgeable about which quality parts to use. The clamping equipment and materials they installed are top-notch--built to last and give us years of worry-free service. It's obvious they take pride in using the best rather than cutting corners. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work. They were professional and reliable. We scheduled a follow up visit and they installed a Moen Flo unit as well that will give us further piece of mind. I contacted Pristine Plumbing first attracted to their reviews. The technicians from Pristine…read morePlumbing arrived on time and were professional when they came to my home, which I appreciated. They were able to help address the immediate plumbing issue, but overall I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of the pricing, results, and communication. In my experience, the cost added up very quickly. The initial recommendation included snaking and a camera inspection, and after that did not resolve the issue, hydro jetting was recommended to address roots in the sewer line. I ended up spending over $2,000 (at least one third could have been saved if they did root cause diagnosis before snaking), but after the service, roots were still visible in the sewer line, so I'm still unclear on how much the hydro jetting actually accomplished. Communication after the service could also have been much better. The company advertises 24-hour service, but when I called after hours, I was unable to reach anyone. I also didn't receive a very clear explanation afterward of what was accomplished, what remained unresolved, or what the next steps should be. Overall, the technicians were hard working, punctual and helpful, but considering the cost, I would strongly recommend getting quotes and second opinions from a few plumbing companies before committing to several thousand dollars of work. For a major sewer or root issue, I would also make sure the expected outcome and warranty are clearly explained in writing before proceeding, there is a lack of post service communication .

Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

Like others have said, the quality work really stands out along with the integrity of Justin and his wife, Jamie. Purpose Driven Plumbing was referred to us by another company whose owner I really trust too. Since we own a couple of properties, I've come across all types of contractors but for some reason, good plumbers or plumbing companies are ridiculously hard to find. I feel like we've finally found our go-to plumbers for life because they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and do a quality job. Every fixture, valve, and hose bib they replaced with the repiping made me realize how much we've paid other plumbers a lot of money to do very mediocre jobs. Everything that Justin and his team put in, looks so clean and operates so easily. To repipe, they had to cover the whole downstairs with plastic (think Dexter!) and when done, they cleaned up so it looked like before. The crew were all super nice, and you won't find a better family-owned business than this. Jamie was so lovely to work with in coordinating the crew's availability. I've already referred them to two of my colleagues and a good friend.
