Worth every penny! Trust your florist, I picked out a couple different bouquets and told them what I liked and it was hard to make decisions, they completely took care of me, the bouquet was so much more than I ever expected and the flowers lasted way longer than any others I ever bought. From the first email to the last meeting, Jean had shown me the utmost professionalism while making sure I was 100% happy with my bridal bouquet and hair piece! She was very knowledgeable and educated me on what my options were when it came to flowers that were in season and complemented each other well. My bouquet and hair piece turned out more beautiful than I could've imagined! Jean really does have that "eye" and intuition for creating harmony with her pieces. My pieces were a good $$price for what I got. I'll be sure to visit her again for my anniversary flowers read more

Oh wow I totally seen this arrangement on MD's Florist Instagram @mdsflorist and I was so impressed with this tropical arrangement they did for a wedding a few weeks back that I decided to send it to my mother who really loves to visit Hawaii for vacations and their honeymoon. So I went ahead and ordered this arrangement and was impressed to find that the arrangement delivered was identical to the picture advertised online. The customer service was as exceptional as all of the related reviews here on yelp. This wasn't the first time I've used MDs florist but I will say I will be ordering more often now that they have earned my trust. Now it's time to do a walk in at the locations!! Jean was no nice and accommodating. I showed her an arrangement I'd seen on their site and she put it together in about 15 min! I was so pleased with the quality of their flowers and their pricing is surprisingly reasonable too! I would have overpaid for a mediocre arrangement at the hospital flower shop! Forever my favorite flower shop! The first time I came here I was a 15-17 and spent my week's allowance on an adorable stuffed gorilla. Fast forward to last month, I went to pick up a gift set for my friend's birthday. And I'm so grateful for how much time and patience it took for them to put together the perfect gift. I haven't had the chance to come back since I live pretty far. I can't wait to drop by the next time I'm in town! Check out their insta for some sensational floral arrangements: @mdsflorist read more

I was in a rush to get a flower arrangement that day of, my aunt unexpectedly gave birth and I wanted to visit ASAP all the way in Newport Beach. I've used MD's three times now. Always impressed with the service. They call to double check, send pics of the arrangement, let me know when the arrangement has been received. Not to mention, their arrangements are stunning and tasteful (when other floral arrangements can get corny very easily). Well done! read more

MD Florist was one of the first local florists we contacted during our wedding planning, and we are so happy we found them. They provided us with our bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and a floral hair piece for our wedding in March. Jean was wonderful to work with, she was responsive and very professional. MD Florist perfectly brought to life the vision we had for our flowers on our special day. We cannot thank them enough for how beautiful everything turned out. read more

Looking to send a friend some flowers around the same area and so glad I chose this florist! Next day service, the flowers looked amazing! They did such a great job! Money well spent. Loved the prompt service and they send you a photo of what the recipient would get. I'm really picky abt quality especially some florists trying to over charge for poor arrangements. Always do research Love this place! read more

When we went here, they made us wait 1/2 an hour and no one was there to help us. They didn't have many selections and they don't care about their customers Overall, I don't recommend coming here, it is not a good florist read more

I ordered flowers for a birthday and when the flowers were received everyone in the birthday girl's office said the arrangement was lovely but the flowers were old and wilted. I immediately called the company and they customer service was awesome, I gave no complaints on that however the second bouquet they sent over the next day looked substantially better than the original but it was wilting by the end of the night and by the next day looked like it was a week old. I send a lot of flowers so I am used to a certain level of quality and they should in my opinion last more than a day, especially when you pay almost $150.00. I called them back today to let them know that perhaps they are using a new buyer or a new florist to do the arrangements but whatever it is, the quality is just sub par. Again the same man called, the owner and he is very nice but didn't have much to say except he was sorry to lose me as a customer. Nice guy, they get right back to you and do seem to care but to send two bouquets that look awful just doesn't work for me... they messed up twice and wouldn't owThere goes $150 down the drain. It's ok, moving on. ‍ read more

Not being from the area, we decided to go with a florist recommendation from our wedding venue and I'm so glad we did! From the very first email all the way through the big day, our experience with Jean was nothing but exceptional. She was so sweet and super helpful! What I appreciated most was that she was so accommodating and she made it so easy to contact her in case we had any questions or needed to make any changes. My husband didn't have a preference and to be honest, I had no idea what I wanted for our wedding flowers either. Jean was still able to work with the variety of photos I brought in of bouquets and centerpieces that I generally liked. During the first consultation she was able to help me come up with a look/theme that we were all really happy with. Jean and the MD's team were able to create everything exactly as I had hoped, if not better. We even needed to make a last minute addition of 40 boutonnieres for the family and they turned out beautifully! read more

Happy and friendly. Came in earlier than appointed time but they still accommodated me. Great service, bought them donuts as a thank you.

I remember coming here to buy flowers for Mother's Day. This place provided me with one the the nicest grown roses I've ever seen. You can definitely distinguish the difference in quality once you see what they have to offer. This place is a little pricier that other but it makes up for it in quality. Parking is conveniently in the plaza as well. read more
