So we eloped, and last minute, a whole day and a half earlier, I decided I did want a bouquet. I stopped by and the lady (forget her name, sorry) was so extremely helpful. We decided on some inspiration, a price, and pickup time. The bouquet turned out amazing as did the photos. Visit this place for last minute needs (if absolutely necessary, but maybe don't do what I did ;)) and wonderful customer service. read more

Having ordered rises from here several times now, I can honestly say the quality of flowers here is outstanding! I used to order from FTD directly but their quality and customer service have gone downhill to the point where I had to find a better place for flowers. Placing an order online here is super easy and the flowers always arrive on the day requested. If you're looking for great quality, try The Mossy Niche! read more

The Mossy Niche - The premium selection of Three Dozen Red Roses By BloomNation - Florists Near Me - Monrovia, California

I am beyond impressed with The Mossy Niche Florist! Since I live out of town, I had to handle everything from a distance, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They truly went above and beyond, treating my order with as much care as if it were for their own family. Every single special request I had was met with a 'yes'--they didn't turn down any of my requirements. When the basket arrived, my niece was so happy; she even mentioned that the fruit was so perfect and high-quality that it looked artificial! My expectations were completely exceeded. If you're looking for something unique and high-quality, this is the place. It was worth every penny!" read more

Gladys and Ali exceeded my expectations when creating this flower arrangement. I came here on a whim and asked if I could get a flower arrangement done the same day. Ali assured me they could do it and they created the beautiful arrangement posted within 10-15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the Hawaiian themed floral displays for my MIL's service this past weekend! I truly loved working with Ally to bring together the feel of Hawaii to honor my MIL and her memories of her home town which she missed so much. The standing sprays and urn spray were gorgeous, and I especially liked the feeling invoked by the 2 intertwined leis (pink for my MIL and blue for her husband who passed away a few years ago) now joined together. It was incredibly moving and brought me to tears, especially when one of the guests said my MIL was happy. Mossy Niche is a small family owned business with such hidden talent. I would happily work with them in the future for any need, large or small :) read more

Perfect for houseplants!! Not only is there a pretty big variety, but the plants are in great condition. This Pothos plant was only $20! The leaves are healthy, bushy and there's tons of new growth sprouting off. For the same price at big box stores, it's rare to find a plant this full and healthy. The florist working there was super sweet and made sure to water and clean it up before I took it home. I can't wait to come back and get another plant! read more

So easy and fast! I ordered online from the web sight and it was delivered that same day!! Absolutely beautiful and the flowers are lasting forever. I had gotten this arrangement for my step mom's birthday and she had to text me again saying how much she loved them. My only negative comment would be that I had upgraded to the premium package and they switched out the roses and put in carnations. (Their photo showed no carnations, i looked because I'm not a fan). But she loved them and they are gorgeous. Will be ordering from them again. read more

I dropped in during the wine walk earlier this year and made a mental note to come back when I needed some flowers. Came back the other day and gave the person behind the counter the vaguest description of what I was looking for to celebrate my wife's accomplishment. They said "give me 10 minutes", went to the back to grab and cut up all kinds of stuff, then came back 10 minutes later and delivered floral perfection. The flowers are beautiful and super fresh and everyone in the house keeps commenting on the strong aroma. Definitely buying from here again! read more

I received a floral arrangement from my friend who lives abroad, and found Mossy Niche on yelp. She decided to order a Christmas bouquet for me, and THIS is the most beautiful arrangement I've received from her!! She sends me a floral gift at least twice a year, once on my birthday and once again on Christmas! I know, I'm blessed to have such a thoughtful and sweet friend I've never written a review for any of the other floral companies she sent them from before, but I had to for Mossy Niche just because I could see the amount of Love they put in the arrangement. Believe it or not, I received the arrangement on Dec 20, and it's Jan 12 now and I'm only just clearing it out. It could probably last another couple of weeks if I wasn't taking out the succulents to plant, didn't want them to dry out and die. It is an amazing arrangement and I would give 10 stars if I could!! If you are looking for a florist in the Monrovia Pasadena area, look no further! From what I saw, their prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of fresh and unusual flowers they use in the arrangement. I'm uploading photos of them, so see for yourself and you'll agree with me! read more

I wanted to support our local business in Monrovia. I usually just order from a large online company. The arrangement was for my Brothers funeral and I certainly did not want to take a risk. THe Mossy Niche, and their lead florist Gladys, are amazing and worth every penny. Book now! They did my wedding (april 2014) as well as a rather large wedding shower (feb 2014) at both events the praise on their work from my guests was never ending. The flowers are beautiful and the designs exactly what I wanted. Gladys herself is very sweet, easy to talk and work with, and she wants to deliver on what you ask for. For my outdoor ceremony she scoped out the site ahead of time and showed up (all on time) with beautiful bouquets, the large arch for the ceremony, rose petals, and great centerpieces. Price wise she is fair and honest, you never need to guess what exactly your paying for and she really came through with some beautiful add ins (candles, wedding cake topper, etc). So if you book the mossy niche you definitely have the flowers checked off your list and worries off your mind. They did a gorgeous job at all of my events and the pictures prove it! read more

This will now be my go to florist! A good friend recommended Gladys and her shop, so I stopped in to discuss flowers for my friend's small wedding. I had something relatively specific in mind, simple and sophisticated. Gladys knew exactly what I meant. When I picked the flowers up this Saturday, i was so pleased! A bridal bouquet, a maid of honor bouquet, corsages for the two moms and boutonnieres for the groom, best man, brides son, dad and ring bearer. They were gorgeous and reasonably priced. She even opened early so I could pick them up early. I will definitely be back and recommend her shop to friends. read more
