This is an updated review from my original post on 2/26/18. Much to my surprise, the manager at MD Florist, Jean, sent me a message via Yelp within 2 days of my post. She wanted to make things right with the mediocre plant I received on my birthday. She called me right away to schedule a delivery of a new plant and pot the very same day. She also was very kind to ask what type of pot I wanted and assured me there would be drainage holes as well. She didn't even ask to return the original plant. She let me keep it along with the new one. Thank you, Jean! I love the new Pink Anthurium! It is so beautiful! The base of the plant looks so much better! Because the majority of the base wasn't cut away, the plant is much fuller. read more

Absolutely fell in love with this cute little place the moment I walked in! It was so aesthetic, and everything seemed so lovely and delicate. I buy a lot of flowers for work, and this is one of the prettiest flower shops I've ever seen. The people were great as well--very friendly and helpful. I came in last minute on Mother's day to buy two bouquets. We decided to go with their pre-set flowers on vases which cost us around $50/each. I'm surprised, however, that their flowers remained affordable even though it's a holiday. Their bouquets were anywhere from $25-$35. Would definitely try to come back here again! Tip: They also do local delivery for arrangements $50+. I believe the delivery fee within a certain distance is $10-$15. read more

I had ordered the "Peachy Pink" flower arrangement to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day and I was HIGHLY disappointed by the quality of service and flowers. Service: I received an email notification that the hand-delivery was made about 1.5-2 hours too early and was wondering why I hadn't heard from my mom yet. When I eventually reached out to her, she was confused and said she hadn't received anything which consequently ruined the surprise. When I called the florist to get this figured out, they said I was welcome to leave a comment...here I am. But beyond the service, it's the flowers that were more disappointing. Quality of bouquet: I think the pictures speak for themselves but in words, the arrangement is largely green (not peachy pink) and filled of hydrangeas which are cheaper and not worth the amount I paid. Even with the pink and white flowers that are scattered throughout the arrangement, it's in a sloppy and sparse way. It clearly looks nothing like the original staged photo which initially prompted me to make the purchase. Given COVID-19 circumstances, I was hesitant to post this and wondered if it was a factor of the stress of the times...but the response and service I was met with seemed more nonchalant and flippant than genuinely apologetic. The part I'm most bummed about is that my mom didn't get the reaction or joy of receiving a beautiful bouquet of flowers like I had hoped and paid for...and she deserves it. read more

My experience was less than satisfactory. I placed an order April 7th, my card was charged 84.89. Loved the arrangement, but flowers didn't last more than a week. On April 15th my card was charged once again for the same amount. I've called several times left several messages and it is now April 23rd and I haven't heard back from them at all. The lack of customer service and ability to get back to customers is unbelievably. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Wow such beautiful flowers made it to my grandma. I was impressed with the details they put in to online orders. Came in last minute and rose was the sweetest! She took her time listening to what kind of arrangement I was looking for and showing me the variety of flowers to choose from. Rose had really great recommendations so I trusted her. Although I was unable to give my clients the flowers that same day, I found some to be wilting and bruising quite quickly.
