He patiently listened and provided suggestions that help shape my mother's transition from assisted living, to returning back home. Tanner listed to all our needs and found a perfect match for us. Brenda was brought on to provide care a few hours a day, several days a week. She was a blessing for all of us. Especially my mother. All the stress we had all been experiencing, since my mother's fall as gone. My mother reported just how much help Brenda was and in a short few weeks, we could all see my mother bounced back. It would not have been possible with Tanner, Brenda and everyone at Loving Homecare. I never put much stock in on-line reviews, but the reviews for Loving Homecare is was made me make them my first call. They should be very proud of the services they provide. I am thankful for them.

I contacted Loving Home Care and spoke to Tanner Gish who then came and paid a visit in my dad's home for an assessment. The caregivers they provided for us were all well-experienced and dependable. Most recently caring for my dad were Irma and Diana. Honestly, they felt like family members, very trustworthy, responsible and compassionate in doing their job. My 101 year old bedridden dad had been very picky with his caregivers and he trusted them implicitly with his care. My approximate two year experience with this agency made my family's life so much easier! Thanks Tanner and team for all your caring and support, my family is forever grateful.

I want to share how happy I am with Sunrise ADHC. My mom has memory issues and has been attending…read morefor about 3 weeks now, and I have already noticed a big improvement in her mood and confidence. Before Sunrise, I had her enrolled at another facility nearby. Unfortunately, that place was dirty and run down. Many times the bathrooms did not even have toilet paper, and the environment did not feel clean or safe for my elderly mother. It was very concerning. The difference with Sunrise is truly night and day. The facility is very clean, the food is fresh, and they offer more filling meal options. The staff are patient, kind, and very friendly with all of the participants. I especially want to thank the social worker Karen who worked very hard to help me sign up for ACCESS transportation. I was a little disappointed that even though we live close by, Sunrise could not provide transportation for my mom, but I hope that will be possible in the future. Caregiver Jazmine is also amazing. She is very kind and extremely patient with all of the elderly participants. My mom talks about her often, and it makes me feel safe and happy that we found such a wonderful place for her. I do hope they can continue to expand their activities and possibly include more physical therapy and memory games for the participants. Overall, we are very grateful for the care and support Sunrise has given my mom.

Quick at taking your money but ignore you when you request a refund after the passing of your loved…read moreone. My 89-year-old dad required 24-hour care. I required a caregiver familiar with hospice care. I called several agencies and came upon A-1 in SFS (PIH reference sheet). Joseph was knowledgeable and courteous. Friday Feb 7th my sister called A-1 and spoke with Joseph and ultimately Robert. A-1 was able to secure 2 live-in caregivers for my dad working 4 days and 3 days. The first caregiver began the evening of Feb 8th. The payment for the month of Feb was required Friday Feb 7th which we dropped off on that day. The caregivers arrived and were good with my dad. They were attentive and he was well cared for by the caregivers. My dad passed a week later early morning of Saturday Feb 15th. Monday Feb 17th my sister contacted A-1 to discuss the refund due us since we had used only 1 week of service. First, they ignored her calls and texts then when Joseph called her back, he tried low balling the refund due us. When my sister disagreed, Joseph, said he or Robert would call back which they did not. Again, she left messages and sent texts. Robert finally returned her call only to give my sister information and costs that were incorrect. He did this 3 times. My sister stayed persistent and finally they came to an agreement on the refund. She was told the "check was in the mail" a couple times until finally we received the refund on March 9th. The only reason we received the refund is because my sister kept on top of the situation. A-1 did not volunteer the refund and instead came up with excuses as to why they should not have to refund the amount finally agreed upon. A-1's quick response to our urgent need for assistance was appreciated so I am disappointed in how this all ended. A-1 should have shown more professionalism. If you choose to use A-1 I would suggest paying weekly so you do not have to go through what we did which was already a very difficult time for us.

Arline and Stan moved into Tiffany's Board and Care around 2007. Lynn, in their hour of need,…read morebrought them to Whitley after a problem elsewhere. Over the years the house took such good care of them. There were always presents at birthdays and Christmas. Sadly Stan died about seven years ago, Lynn was so dignified and loving at his passing. On not even special occasions, Arline was treated to the food she loved- Mexican food, cheeseburgers and french fries. The house has always gone above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and happy. The care has been wonderful and I know Arline felt safe there. With Covid 19, I had not been able to visit with Arline of late. Lynn with her inner sense sent for me a couple of days before Arline died so we could have our last visits. I feel Arline was very fortunate to have spent her last thirteen years at this home.

I wish I could leave this service NO STARS, but that isn't an option. Thinking this service would…read morebe good to assist with my 94 y.o. mother while the woman who normally assisted be was on vacation. I gave Home Instead the dates and hours their assistance was required, and eventually the day before they were to start I was emailed a contract and schedule. What a mess that was, instead of the 3 hours per day we agreed upon, the care giver was scheduled for 1.5 hours per day, morning assistance was scheduled for 7:30am instead of the 8:30am agreed upon, I called and was informed that these times were just "fillers" and everything would be taken care of. That was on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Thursday went well, Friday morning and Friday afternoon went well....Friday night the so-called caregiver arrived 90 minutes AHEAD of her scheduled time. Saturday, June 27, 2020, both the morning and afternoon assist went well, then Saturday night, again the assistant arrived 60 minutes ahead of her scheduled time. Sunday, June 28, 2020, and her scheduled assist time is 8:30am, no show, I call Home Instead at 9:30am, and notify them their employee was a NO SHOW! I was assured that they would send someone....10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, and still no one. At 2pm I contacted a friend of mine who is an attorney to ascertain if I had the legal right to break the contract and terminate them without the 24 hour notice required in their service contract. I was assured that with both the service contract and the printed schedule Home Instead provided, clearly outlining the dates and times they were to provide service that they were in material breach of contract. At approximately 2:30 pm I called Home Instead and informed them they were FIRED, and their response was "so you no longer need outer service?" At approximately 2:45pm I sent Home Instead an email detailing the times I called, the times their employee failed to arrive to provide the contracted services and further stated that they were as of that moment FIRED. How any service that provides in home care can leave a 94 year old woman to lay in her own waste is beyond me, they are the most uncaring, unreliable, untrustworthy service I have encountered in my life. I have also filed a complaint with the California Department of Social Services, Home Care Services Bureau. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE TO CALL FOR CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
