We cannot say enough about the assistance and care Loving Home Care provided for our family as we worked to keep my 92-year-old mother-in-law safely living in her own home during her last days, as was her wish. We could not have done this without Tanner and the team of wonderful caring professionals. In the beginning, they provided great company for her when needed, which she eventually enjoyed and looked forward to. They did light housekeeping and helped prepare meals, snacks, and treats for her, which resulted in her eating better, too. Used this caregiver agency when we needed someone to care for my elderly father. I was new to this process and Loving Homecare did a great job introducing me to the options and pathways to take for my father. They provide a free in-person consultation to help plan what the best process would be. The gentleman representing the company, Tanner was very kind, passionate, and knowledgeable during the consultation. We had given Tanner a very short amount of time to find caregivers and to start them at such short notice and he and his team at the office came through with the care we needed, when we needed it. We only needed to use the agency for a very short time since my father's health improved enough to forgo the need of a caregiver, but during that time all the caregivers that worked with my father were very friendly, polite, outgoing, and helpful for my father. Early in the year, my wife was hospitalized with a severe infection complicated by Covid that left her immobile and largely helpless. We brought her home to recuperate and attempted to tend to her but realized we needed additional help. After some research, we called Loving Homecare and met with Tanner. This is a horrible company. One of the worst places to hire from. The home care worker that was sent to our home was rude and lazy. She would not close the door even thou we had pets. She let the pets out. Then she made false reports about us and had the police show up at the door because of our family dog. My mother had surgery and we didn't realize that she would need assistance once home. She couldn't really move around, let alone bathe and use the restroom by herself. I read the reviews here and thought they sounded perfect. And I was 100 percent correct! I quickly surmised she needed help and as soon as possible. Within a few days, my mother had care givers! They were extremely helpful and I really don't know how we would have gotten through the first month or two without them. One was even trained in physical therapy and was able to help my mother with that! Now that she's back on her feet and nearly 100 percent, she still enjoys someone coming over a few times a week. When my stepdad was released from the hospital, after having been diagnosed with Covid and a mild stroke, we found ourselves needing additional in-home support as we navigated the frustrating and time-consuming process of Home Health with his insurance provider. For the majority of our five-month engagement with Loving Care, we were assigned four, regularly scheduled caregivers (Jessica, Ola, Theresa and Crystal). Initially, for consistency, we hoped for a single caregiver. However, because of the duration of our engagement it proved beneficial to have multiple caregivers. This gave my stepdad variety in his daily routine and interactions, while still allowing him to build rapport and trust with each of them. Over the five months of service we rarely experienced a need for a substitute caregiver that was new to us. The consistency in care was a large factor in my stepdad's recovery; additionally it gave my parents and I piece of mind in knowing who and what to expect. Although each caregiver had different strengths they were all professional, courteous and attentive. They seemed to enjoy what they do, were service-minded and kind in all of their interactions. The owner, Tanner was very hands-on and involved in ensuring there was a good fit between caretaker and client. He also responded promptly to any and all questions we had, which at the beginning were numerous. The amount of support my parents needed, thankfully, decreased over time. For the initial three months we relied heavily on Loving Care to provide respite to my mom and relieve her from the full-time attention my stepdad was requiring while bed-ridden. Eventually, my stepdad regained his strength and mobility to no longer require the extra care. We would use Loving Care again and would highly recommend them as a supplement to or in place of Home Health Care from an insurance provider. read more

We've been using Loving Homecare for about 7 months now and they are great! We have a very difficult situation at our house and Tanner was able to find the perfect caregiver for our situation. They are very flexible and go out of their way to help with all of the challenges we are faced with. Tanner is very involved with us and checks in frequently to make sure all of our needs are met. Having to make a decision to for homecare for a parent is always a tough one to make. Having to make that decision in the midst of your loved ones health crisis, is even harder. Recently we had to do so. After doing so much research and interviewing four homecare providers, all who were really helpful and good options, at the last minute, I did one more search and came across Loving Homecare, Inc. I was impressed with their mission and reviews that I read, and also really liked that they were a local independent company. I sent a quick "request for info" through their website, and even though it was already early evening, I received a call back immediately. After speaking with Orianne (Client/Employee Engagement Manager), I just had a comforting sense that we should move forward and meet with Tanner the next morning. From the moment we met with Tanner, my husband, mother in law, and myself were completely at ease with the process, and felt that Loving Homecare was who we wanted providing the care my mother in law needed. Within 2 short days, Tanner had assembled a fantastic team of caregivers to provide 24 hr care. The logistics of 24/7 care can be difficult, but we are so pleased with the care my mother in law is receiving. Every single caregiver has been so wonderful to her, and to us. We are so happy that we came across Loving Homecare when we did, and we cannot express how much we appreciate the care they provide. The communication back and forth is great, Tanner reaches out regularly and Orianne does home visits to ensure all is well.
