Next was my interaction with Jacob; he was another representative of why I knew I was in good hands. The work was done professionally and I was notified every step of the process. My car looks brand new!! Nowadays, it is so hard to find quality service even when you're paying for it but there are exceptions to the rule; Crash Champions in Crestwood is definitely one of those exceptions. There aren't enough words to fully convey my gratitude for how my situation was handled, but suffice it to say if you go there, you will have the same experience because that's their foundation.

I told insurance about it they said well they should've opened it up and checked but since claim is still open just take it back. Took it back they claim just needed new tires , which didn't make any sense since i know it's the steering. Long story short i brought it back about 2-3 times for things to get re done for the half assed job on my car. They didn't even fix a fender and had it connected with one bolt and some makeshift mold (arts and craft style ). I stopped taking it back since i do need my vehicle. Took it to the dealsership since im still under warranty, and what do you know , the rack and pinion needed to be changed. Along with the makeshift mold breaking so not my bumper /fender connection is hanging. Heavyly suggest going somewhere else like the one in orland

They estimated 3 days to repair my front end and repaint and I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday as promised.
