I would like to thank Mike of MD Lock & Safe. I lost my only key that I had for my vehicle and of course it's one of those with a computer chip in it. I called Mike and not only was I happy with his response. I was more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge . He ex- planed everything in detail and had everything he needed to get job done. I highly recommend MD Lock & safe if you ever get in the situation I was in . He gave me a time when he would be there. He was right on the time even a little bit early . I called around a couple of other places and his quote was very reasonable. I asked him for his card and I would not use anyone else in the future if I ever get in a situation were I would need a lock smith . 5 Star rating from me. Thanks again Mike Jeff M Swansea, Massachusetts read more

SO AWESOME! All about service. Locked out of home and he came exactly when he estimated - makes all the difference in these situations. Totally professional and friendly Normal/regular looking man (for a single female to trust) Knew what he was doing Explained answers to all my questions Followed Covid guidelines Did the job in a couple of minutes due to the lock corrosion and needing WD-40 Priced in the same ballpark of other vendors First place I'd call in another jam or recommend in a heart beat. read more
