We closed on our home on a recent Friday morning, the next morning I contacted 3 locksmiths who had…read moregood reviews on Yelp to have the locks rekeyed. One never got back to me, another said he didn't have availability for a few weeks. But Alpha Mobile called me back promptly that day and said that they could stop by whenever we needed to have the rekeying done. The locksmith came by later that evening and rekeyed our front lock (which we didn't have a key for...long story), our back door lock (which had an electronic keypad control also), and our basement lock (which was a dual-lock on both sides). He worked very quickly and efficiently and had everything changed and ready to go with an hour. He even helped to fix the basement lock which was sticking a bit. Gave us extra keys too so we have enough for ourselves and if we have guests sometimes. Overall, I thought the pricing was fair. They do add on a $15 service fee on the total price...would have been nice to know about it earlier just for full transparency sake, but it's no big deal given that they came out to our house when they said they would and did a great job. I appreciated that I was able to pay by credit card via one of those Square-like card reader apps. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith quickly.

A human handled the call and kindly accommodated the situation. The next morning the job was done perfectly and with kindness. I received a quote in advance of the visit, no surprises whatsoever. Worth every penny for piece of mind, which is super valuable in these times.

Very disappointed with regards to the ethics of the company. I feel my elderly mother was taken…read moreadvantage of. We requested services based on a local recommendation. The job was discussed up front via online request and then with tech onsite. There was an estimated quote for the services, but we did need to add a couple of items. Naturally we knew the cost would increase but to more than double from the estimate without being told while the job was being done seems criminal. She was not made aware of the double increase until the bill arrived. We reached back to question how this could happen and were told that it would be reviewed internally. A few days later we heard back from the owner via email that there was nothing they could or would do for my 86-year-old mother. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for an honest locksmith on the Cape they should look elsewhere.
