NO CALL NO SHOW FOR AN EMERGENCY TOW SERVICE REQUEST ON 10/27!…read more I requested an emergency tow service at 1pm and my insurance company referred me to Legacy Transport LLC. I literally waited for 5 hours for a rescue that never happened. What are we doing? Legacy Transport LLC changed their ETA on me for 5 different times! One would think that I'd learned my lesson after the first 2 times but against my better judgement, I'm definitely loyal to a fault. Perhaps no good deeds do go unpunished [smh]. Legacy Transport LLC needs to learn how to conduct their business in a morally-appropriate manner. You need to improve on your communication with your tow truck driver. And you need to stop wasting the customers' time. You need to learn how to respect other people's time by being punctual, professional, and genuine. I'd respect you more as a business if you would just tell me right from the jump that you could not get the job done so that I can keep it moving and find another different tow company. You absolutely missed the mark! You are extremely unreliable, pretentious, and you totally fell short of my expectations. I will never want to work with you in the future and will not recommend you for any roadside assistance requests. Total disappointment and a ridiculous waste of my time!
