If I could pic a zero, I would. I had a problem with an interior door knob assembly. I explained what the problem was and I was told they could fix it. First, the technician arrived late. He was late enough that I had already called the company. When he finally arrived, he was mad at me for calling on him. He took a brief look at the problem and said "I can't fix this". I had some spare door handles and he said he couldn't use them. He was rude and condescending, and didn't really look at the issue. He stayed a total of three minutes.
