She spends time explaining things to you (we installed Smart Locks) but moves along to get the job done. Kristin's apprentice, Nelson, was very nice too and as long as he takes his lead from Kristin, he will be fabulous too! Anyhow, I called Ed, explained the problem, he had me check a few things, and pretty much identified the problem over the phone. He said he was on another job at the moment and would get back to me later in the day. Unlike many of the other services I've reached out to on Yelp lately, he actually followed through and came by late afternoon. Within about 10 to 15 minutes he found a short in an outlet and fixed the problem. I will not hesitate to contact Ed again for all my electrical needs!
