The appointment started on time and only took five minutes to get my fingerprints and my photo taken. Aside from TSA enrollment, they also do passport photos. Other services provided at this location are: UPS shipping & drop off, tech services, recycling services, and printing services (copies, posters, business cards). I've purchased office supplies from here on occasion mostly for ink cartridges. I love all the services they provide and the added bonus is that they are only five minutes away from my house.

Discriminatory, Embarrassing, and Unprofessional Treatment on 1/11/26 - Columbia, MD Location…read more I am writing on behalf of my sister, who was treated in a discriminatory, dismissive, and humiliating manner by a supervisor named Tracy at the Staples location in Columbia, MD this afternoon. My sister is currently living out of a hospital as her young daughter is recovering from a stroke. She is working remotely under extreme emotional and physical stress, which is why she used Instacart to purchase a printer. When she went into the store to return the printer and purchase another one, Tracy told her, "I don't trust Instacart" before my sister even had the opportunity to pull up her receipt in the app. She also indicated she didn't know the policy. This statement was inappropriate, unprofessional, and made in a public setting, causing my sister to feel embarrassed, judged, and singled out. It tarnished her dignity as a customer and as an individual and caused her additional anxiety and emotional distress during an already devastating time. This is not the first negative interaction she has had with this same supervisor, and she strongly believes there is a pattern of discriminatory treatment. I later spoke directly with Tracy by phone, and she confirmed that she made the statement about not trusting Instacart. During that call, she was rude, defensive, and became aggressive in tone when I expressed my concern about how my sister was treated. Customers should never be made to feel distrusted, disrespected, or publicly embarrassed. Staples leadership should take this matter very seriously.

I discovered Divano Designs about three years ago when I desperately needed kitchen chairs. The quality and service was top notch then, so naturally I returned. They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! When I arrived at their Jessup, Maryland location the receptionist sent Chad Martel out to see me. Chad went through diagnostics and gave me options. After setting up online account, the item you added to shopping cart gives a message to remove that item. You call in to customer service, and they rudely advise you it takes 1-2 days for your account to be accepted first - no where does it say that in the shopping cart. They then promise a callback from a manage that day that never happens. The following day you get a rude email that you are not in a business location, which we are! When you call back in, they advise that google told them we have a residence. We are a business location and located in shopping mall! The only thing good about their company is the artwork on their team of copy paper boxes - the rest of their company is worthless.

Dan was on the delivery crew and made sure the printer was networked as I had ordered. This is the first convention (doing this for 20+ yrs) where the copier ran without incident or issue.
