I met Joshua, the store manager. HE IS SO OUTSTANDING! We couldn't find what we were looking for and he took my contact information and texted me pictures of the products I was seeking the very next day. HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! You won't be disappointed with the store or Joshua. They are both top-notch! I strongly encourage you to check out the store.

3.21.25 I came to…read morethe store today for a TSA enrollment appointment. As you enter the store, it is at the tech support center counter to your right. The appointment started on time and only took five minutes to get my fingerprints and my photo taken. Aside from TSA enrollment, they also do passport photos. Other services provided at this location are: UPS shipping & drop off, tech services, recycling services, and printing services (copies, posters, business cards). I've purchased office supplies from here on occasion mostly for ink cartridges. I love all the services they provide and the added bonus is that they are only five minutes away from my house.

It's no wonder this store has an sverage of 2 stars out of five. I would leave a minus grade if I…read morecould. I visited this Staples location in Columbia, Marland this evening. The store's website says that they close at 9:00pm on Saturdays. Today is a Saturday. Isaiah, the employee whose face is completely covered over by big orange dreads, approached me and informed me that the store closes at 8:00 on weekends. The time was 7:59. I was looking for a certain kind of manila folder that I had purchased at Staples many times. Makayla (sp?) the young mouthy manager, dragged her feet when I asked her to show me where the item was located. Apparently, corporate no longer fully stocks this failing store. The semi-stocked shelves tell the tale. I asked Isaiah to show me where a certain brand of markers could be found. He didn't want to. "You know your stock, I don't, I said to him. "I don't know the stock," he replied, nonchalantly. "You work here. You should know the stock," I told him. He clearly would much prefer being elsewhere. I grabbed a package of 24-pound copy paper. At check-out I tried using two of my debit cards, multiple times. Apparently the system was down and the cashier did not know it. I gave the guy cash to pay for my purchase. What a terrible experience I have shopped at that store for decades. I will never be back. I need to know the name and direct phone number of the regional manager.

The staff at Divano (from the sales person to the owner to the delivery people) were friendly,…read morehelpful, and efficient. We walked into the store with an item of interest in mind; but, after walking around, found several items that would fit our need. We also found quite a few items that will encourage us to come back for future needs. While the prices weren't inexpensive, they were in line with other stores that sold contemporary furniture. We ultimately left after purchasing something that we hadn't seen on the website, and it was delivered just a few days later. As an aside, to show how helpful they were, we were speaking with the owner about an upcoming trip and he gave us wonderful advice. Then, we asked for a local restaurant recommendation, since we weren't from that area. Soon after we were seated at the restaurant, one of the employees there came over and welcomed us by name, saying that the owner had called ahead.

I don't often give reviews but truly love Divano Designs! I…read morerecently purchased furniture (early 2025) for several rooms as I upgraded my children's rooms from kids to teens, and converted one to a sitting room. I discovered Divano Designs about three years ago when I desperately needed kitchen chairs. The quality and service was top notch then, so naturally I returned. The furniture is of excellent quality and tastefully modern. But the service you receive is even better! They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! I worked with Nittoo and he took the time to ensure he understood my needs, worked with me on design options, navigated and resolved a couple issues flawlessly, and delivered an awesome experience! The delivery guys are excellent too!! Things went so well, I ended up purchasing a kitchen table last minute which was delivered with all of my other furniture! If you need furniture, I highly recommend Divano Designs!! They are the best!!

You would be better off shopping at legitimate office supply stores like Staples or Office Depot,…read moreor better yet buying from Amazon or joining San's Club. In order to check prices on their website with the delivery charge, you have to setup an online account. After setting up online account, the item you added to shopping cart gives a message to remove that item. You call in to customer service, and they rudely advise you it takes 1-2 days for your account to be accepted first - no where does it say that in the shopping cart. They then promise a callback from a manage that day that never happens. The following day you get a rude email that you are not in a business location, which we are! When you call back in, they advise that google told them we have a residence. We are a business location and located in shopping mall! The only thing good about their company is the artwork on their team of copy paper boxes - the rest of their company is worthless.
