I discovered Divano Designs about three years ago when I desperately needed kitchen chairs. The quality and service was top notch then, so naturally I returned. The furniture is of excellent quality and tastefully modern. But the service you receive is even better! They are so friendly here, patient, and more importantly, not pushy like other furniture stores! I worked with Nittoo and he took the time to ensure he understood my needs, worked with me on design options, navigated and resolved a couple issues flawlessly, and delivered an awesome experience! The delivery guys are excellent too!! Things went so well, I ended up purchasing a kitchen table last minute which was delivered with all of my other furniture! Dan was terrific! I rented a copier from BOS for my event in Baltimore right after Chirstmas…read more Being over a holiday period, instead of paying $$$ to have someone on call they delivered a second machine in case the first one went down. Dan was on the delivery crew and made sure the printer was networked as I had ordered. This is the first convention (doing this for 20+ yrs) where the copier ran without incident or issue.
