Dan was on the delivery crew and made sure the printer was networked as I had ordered. This is the first convention (doing this for 20+ yrs) where the copier ran without incident or issue. Wonderful!! Highly recommend BOS.

I have spoken to some of their longstanding customers who have each made it clear that Cantwell holds itself to a high standard both in personal value and quality of product. I have even had the privilege of personally touring one of their offices/warehouses thanks to the owner, so I am well accustomed to how they do business. I normally do not write reviews, but after seeing the other comments posted here (they may or may not be false, a single bad experience is certainly possible with any company), I decided to add my own thoughts about Cantwell-Cleary. Consider the service they offer worthy of your time.

I had no idea there was a stationary and fountain pen store close to where I lived. I was super…read moreexcited to go and browse all of the fountain pens. There was an event going on - food when I walked in was a dead giveaway. The store itself isn't very big but there were about 10 people looking at fountain pens. I couldn't even look since people were at the counter. For me, customer service is everything and no one working acknowledged me, not even to say hi. I know you may be busy but if you have a customer that just walked in, say hi. I looked around and found they had field notes so I looked at those for a bit and then my eyes wandered over to the hobinichis. I have never seen a hobinichi in person before so it was nice to get a sense of the size. I looked around at the pelikans and other fountain pens but there were alot of people so I left. I may be back when there isn't an event.

Four out of the six items were very large certificates that had been folded throughout the years. Also, I did reach out to management team and they ignored me so in fact they were not able to help.
