You would be better off shopping at legitimate office supply stores like Staples or Office Depot, or better yet buying from Amazon or joining San's Club. In order to check prices on their website with the delivery charge, you have to setup an online account. After setting up online account, the item you added to shopping cart gives a message to remove that item. You call in to customer service, and they rudely advise you it takes 1-2 days for your account to be accepted first - no where does it say that in the shopping cart. They then promise a callback from a manage that day that never happens. The following day you get a rude email that you are not in a business location, which we are! When you call back in, they advise that google told them we have a residence. We are a business location and located in shopping mall! The only thing good about their company is the artwork on their team of copy paper boxes - the rest of their company is worthless. read more

this is the worst company! do not buy from them! i bought a desk top from them in november and it came in damaged. i still have not gotten a refund and they still have not picked up the damaged top. i've talked to at least 5 different people and they all act like the care but they do nothing and nothing gets done! read more

Sales guy keeps stopping in to my office, trying to get me to open and account and purchase our office supplies from them. So today I finally decided to give them a try. Called in to their main number to place an order, since sales guy promised they would price match anything, and Staples had what I needed at a better price. Long story short, I was left on hold (with no hold music... just "Thank you for your patience... we are experiencing higher than normal call volume at this time. Your call IS important to us. Please continue to hold and your call will be answered in the order it was received." I heard this message no less than 100 times and finally gave up after waiting for over an hour (while doing other things on speaker phone of course). So glad my call is SO important to them! Extremely annoyed and will definitely not be giving them my business! Not sure how this company manages to stay in business. Extremely poor reviews from employees on GlassDoor also! read more

SCAM ALERT!!!! This business advertised an online special where if you bought 4 cases of K-Cups, you could add a code & receive a free Keurig coffee maker. I went through the ordering process & the order was paid for/confirmed. When the order failed to show up by the delivery date, I went to check my account with them & only then discovered they had canceled it without notifying me at all! I checked with friends of mine who had also taken part in this special & every single one of them had also been canceled with No Notification! No "rain check" or alternate were offered. read more

Agree with Kat. Worst customer service ever. Took them a week to tell me an item is out of stock even after talking to a customer service rep the previous day who said everything is ok. There excuse is that they are at the mercy of their vendors who sometimes don't communicate with them. Why would a company put up with that kind of service from a vendor. The worst customer service ever. My office HAS to use this company, otherwise I would never dream of buying from them. They supposedly offer next day delivery, but they often times either forget or just don't feel like delivering, so they don't show up. I always end up emailing Customer Service to ask where my order is, when it should be the other way around--they should contact me to let me know that they are unable to deliver for whatever reason, so I don't end up wasting my time, giving up my lunch break so that I can sit around and wait for the driver who ultimately ends up not coming that day. The website is awful as well. I really have nothing good to say about these knuckleheads! read more

My experience with W.B has been a great one. The drivers are always friendly and willing to make the effort to move things to put my order in our hectic warehouse. I have worked with Expressway Office Solutions whom W B Mason purchased this year for over 10 years. Never had any problems with Expressway but placed an order last week by phone with W B Mason on the 8th. I get a call from their driver at 5:10PM on the 9th asking what time we were open until as he was still 15 minutes away. Told the driver i would need the delivery by 1:00PM the next day, never heard back from him. Called W B Mason on the 10th and asked to hear back from someone about the issue, never heard back from anyone. Great news first thing I get from them is a bill for the items which were never delivered! Called today and left a message for a supposed manager Jeffrey Kirsh, will let you know if I ever hear from him. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review. read more

Drivers consistently ignore delivery signs on Ivy Lane offices in Greenbelt and block parking spaces

Poor customer service. The drivers and delivery people are fine but the customer service by phone and email is the worst. They don't offer solutions when there is unreliability. Most, if not all of their items are listed as available for delivery the next day. I have waited weeks for some items to be delivered, with no follow up from the company, only to later find out that certain items are out of stock! I have to reach out to them often to find out the status of items that were supposed to be delivered the very next day. I do not recommend this company. read more
