We need 2 very specific makes and models for a client and we were able to make it happen with no hiccups and with no delays. Then as of that wasn't good enough, we got these really cool socks in the mail from them as a token of appreciation for our business. Fast cars and warm toes?!?!?     This review is for CarHopper, not for the car rental services that the company affiliates with in…read moreeach city. I rented a car with this company in Los Angeles. When I picked up the car, the service light was on and there was an additional light that said the back right tire needed air pressure. They said "not to worry about it" and that they noted the information down. 5 minutes into driving the car, the back right tire popped on the highway putting my physical well-being at risk. The rental service that CarHopper was affiliated with was able to safely tow the car and transport me back to their lot and place me in a new rental. The new rental was approximately half of the rate that the original was. The rental service that CarHopper was affiliated with informed me on multiple occasions that I would not have to pay the original rate and that the charge would reflect the new rental, which was half the rate of the original. I thought to myself, what great service. Then I was met with the customer service side of CarHopper itself. After returning home from my vacation in Los Angeles, I noticed that my credit card was billed for the original rental fee of $5,400. I called the CarHopper support number at to discuss the matter. At that time, I was placed on the phone with a manager that was extremely rude to me throughout the entire conversation and he went even far enough to raise his voice to me on several occasions. The manager I spoke with refused to listen to my explanation. He also stated that anything that their affiliate rental service discussed with me, and I quote, "has nothing to do with CarHopper". He then stated that everything was final and that it was impossible to have the difference of $2,255 refunded to me. He said to me that I would have to pay the full fee for the original rental even though I had it documented that the first rental was under my possession for only 1 hour and 48 minutes. I made sure to email them the documents that backed up my claim. Even though I drove the second rental for 5 total days, was promised that I would pay the rate for the new rental only, drove the first rental (which was double the rate) for under 2 hours total, and showed them documentation to support my claim; car service did nothing to help me out and did not even try to apologize for the way the rude manager spoke to me. The manager was downright disrespectful. I went on to give CarHopper a second chance. I sent them a long and well detailed email with documents to support my claim. I also informed them of the rude manner that their manager spoke to me on the phone. They did absolutely nothing. They didn't even acknowledge the rude manager's behavior or even tried to apologize for it. Then they tried to offer me the 10% discount that anyone can get on a rental from them, because it is posted all over their site and app when you open it. In summary, if you want to get ripped off, disrespected, and insulted; then call CarHopper. I will not use their service again and recommend the same for all.

    Let me start by saying that I have an extreme phobia of letting other people drive my car! To me,…read morepaying other people drive my car is akin to paying someone to be intimate with your wife. In a perfect world, no one but me would drive my "Beyonce". However, if I had "more than a couple" of sips of "Juice" down a "dark Homestead highway" and want to be a responsible driver I will let someone share Beyonce with me. I heard about RedCap from Brenda P. and Glenn G. when I asked how they partied in Miami when living in the 954. Basically this company will send a driver to your location, and drive you in your car to either your home or a nearby 24 hour restaurant to get some carbs in your system. Similar to the other car sharing companies I've used, my driver (Jack Topel) was friendly and a great conversationalist as well as very punctual. He arrived at the party site a little before the scheduled appointment, and waited an extra 15 minutes when the event ran over the scheduled time. Between that service, and avoiding a weekend under unpleasant circumstances, I would have to say RedCap is very much worth the price!

What I Like: ...the app is very convenient ...the drivers are clean and wearing uniforms ...the convenience - they are mostly within 5 minutes of a pick up time ...the sms follow up, before and after the ride ...tipping is included ...door to door service ...management is extremely responsive and professional. Redcap is not inexpensive, but is is less than taking a round trip taxi service - and certainly less than a DUI. Where is gets really costly is when you keep the driver after hours. I recommend taking a big car, that fits 6 - and splitting the cost among everyone. That way the $35 cost to the beach costs only a fraction of that. I have recommended the service to many friends and they all feel pretty much the same - RedCap is great!!!

By the next day it wouldn't go above 20mph with check engine light on. I called Jonathan's branch being that it was the closest and a rep told me to try and get there and they will swap me out. When I arrived Jonathan was upset that his rep said that due to high reservation. He then proceeded to tell me rudely to go to another branch because his customers are high priority. I explained that I already paid for my rental and that all Enterprise customers should be high priority. After 6 calls to customer service and roadside, here I am driving an unsafe vehicle to another location! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    This is the best Enterprise that I've ever rented from! It is the closest rental car location to…read morethe Miami port. So if you need a car when you get off of a cruise, this is definitely the location to go to. The office is in the lobby of the Marriott hotel. Was in and out and on my way in record time! One thing that I love about Enterprise is that you can pick up in one city and drop off in another. So we got off a cruise in Miami and drove to Orlando to Disney World and then dropped the car off at the Orlando airport four days later. The manager Thomas followed up with a minor issue I had and followed thru with a positive resolution.
