They stated that they were so busy that they could not drill a new well for 5-6 months. So we called Well Company 2, who sent out a technician who made the same determination and stated that they also could not put in a new well for many months. Neither company would quote us a date and did not call back, but did charge us for their assessment. We finally called Hansen Drilling and stated that we needed a new well drilled despite knowing that they were super busy like the other well companies. They sent us a quote, gave us an estimated date, and added us to their list of future projects that they work their way down in the order they receive the request. They sent out Mark B. who came out, looked at the well report and did some diagnostics. He determined that our pump was probably at the static water level and that we possibly had 225 feet of well depth below where the pump had been set. We had a pump company come out and lower the pump 147 feet and now have great water volume and pressure. Mark saved us more than $15,000 between the cost of a new well and the cost of lowering the pump. We also have water 2-4 months sooner than having to wait for a new well to be drilled. Mark is excellent and the best and most experienced technician and diagnostic expert that we have known in the 33 years that we have been on a well. Hansen Drilling does things the right way and is the most professional company in the business in this area.

I spoke to a gentleman in about April, was under the impression it was the owner but not totally sure. He said they were booked up pretty far and would not be able to get to Long Beach Washington until the fall. I said that would be perfect we were hoping for about September anyway. He said he would get me a quote and get back to be before September. I never heard back so I called today (9-9-2021) and left a message. I received a return call and was told they have never heard of me an they are to busy to even consider anything until April. I relayed the conversations I had previously and the girl informed me that it is crazy that i would let it go this long without trying to contact them. Basically she called me a liar because I could not tell her the name of the gentleman I spoke to in April and that she would not be willing to help me. There was always an excuse as to why she felt I was not telling her the truth and never did she ask how we could make this right. I believe that people are extremely busy with everyone getting back to work after the pandemic and I believe we all need patience, but I felt like she was attacking me and not trying to figure out a solution to the problem. I am very disappointed in lack of customer service with this company.

Do not use!!!! Terrible service!!! Had an issue with the pump coming on every 8 minutes. That meant…read morethe tank was draining 40 gals of water every 8 minutes. I called Mather which installed the pump in 2005 as I thought that the check valve was faulty. They sent a field man out and he checked the check valve and said the pump system was ok. My problem was that leaking 40 gals of water every 8 minutes will leave a real mess. I could not find a leak anywhere along the short run of line to the house and barn. I called them back after searching for the leak to ask some questions. After three days of talking to the receptionist and she telling me that someone would call and no one did, I called Leak Detectives. They came out and stated that the water was leaking back into the well through the pipe or check value, the outside lines where OK. I then called Mather's again as I had paid them 155.00 for the first call out. I was told by the receptionist stated that she would contact scheduling and get back to me. After a day and not hearing anything and with being out of water for almost a week I called another pump service. They were on the property within an hour and two hours later fixed the problem at a fraction of the price quoted by Mather. Poor, poor, poor service.

I had Ross come out to inspect standing water and a sewage odor in our front yard. When I asked how he arrived at that estimate, the response was simply, "I've been doing this for eighteen years." He stated that our sewer line could not be scoped and that the entire system would need to be overhauled, including excavating the front yard. That recommendation felt extreme given the lack of diagnostic evaluation. I'm very glad I sought a second opinion. The actual issue turned out to be a faulty switch on a grinder pump, and the repair was under $1,000. Additionally, contrary to what was stated, our sewer line had already been scoped when we purchased the home. This experience raised serious concerns for me regarding the accuracy of the assessment and overall integrity of the recommendation. I strongly encourage others to seek additional opinions before committing to major repairs.

Was given a call today stating to refund me my money will cost me $115.00. I will be disputing all this with my bank. But please do not use unless you get a couple of quotes. I think these people looked at my home and that I was an elderly lady and thought it was okay to overcharge and apply fees.
