The place itself is a large interesting venue. The service was good and the food was o.k.

Started out being a big headache from the three restaurants and ended up at the Tavern and Hanna made it right. Thank you for being amazing.

The moment you walk in,…read moreyou're greeted with huge displays, tons of characters, and so many great spots for photos. The store is super clean, organized, and honestly feels like a little theme park for collectors. There's a huge variety of Pops and exclusives, plus a build-your-own Funko area that's really cute and creative. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient, even with how busy it gets. Whether you're a collector or just visiting for something fun to do, this place is definitely worth the trip. I'll absolutely be going back!

Checkout was quick and only took about 5 minutes. Employees are constantly restocking shelves. Plenty more merchandise is available in these stores. $14.99 for a regular, $29.99 for a 6" specialty, and $19.99 for a 6" one. Bitty pops cost the same as a regular and you get 4 bitties in one pack. $6.99 for the ones that come with vehicles or just a small figurine. Unfortunately, did not check costs for clothing nor bags/backpacks. Overall, still recommend, but keep in mind of the prices. We found a couple online stores that are selling some of these funkos at a cheaper price.

There isn't anything here that you wouldn't find elsewhere, but what caught my eye was the Chihuly Community Hot Shop glassware on display! Usually, the glassware costs anywhere from $50-60 in the Space Needle shop but these ones in the Expressly Northwest shop are sold for $20 to clear out inventory at the Space Needle gift shop. I've come to Seattle a few times wanting to buy the hot shop glassware! The pieces are so beautiful but the $60 price tag was always a little too steep for my personal budget - I'm sure it's worth it as the pieces take a good amount of time and materials to create, but I never jumped the gun on taking any home due to the price. I saw two that caught my eye this time around and paid $45 for both at the Expressly Northwest shop - what a steal! And the purchases directly fund the Community Hot Shop. If you're looking for a unique, one of a kind gift on a budget, this place is a pretty good spot! The staff member wrapping my gift was also very helpful and reassuring about transporting the piece + wrapped it very carefully! So +1 for great service too.

The staff member I dealt with was so great at wrapping my gift and was happy when I didn't need a bag to go with it which was good.
