When I do manage to reach someone, the staff is rude and unhelpful. The nurses do not return calls. They has prescribed a medication that I am allergic to on multiple occasions, and it is nearly impossible to reach his nurse. They are also very poor at completing insurance forms correctly, and when mistakes are made, there is no support to resolve the issue. I first discovered them on Instagram after a friend shared one of their reels, and I'm so glad I did. They have two convenient locations (Atlanta and Warner Robins), and my first visit was to their Atlanta office for Dysport. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and taken care of. The girls even helped me find a discount code, which was a thoughtful bonus. Dr. Slater was incredibly attentive and let me know I could come back in two weeks if I had any concerns. I returned just to ask about one small area, and he took the time to explain why treating it might not give the result I was hoping for--he genuinely cares about your outcome. He did add a touch to the bridge of my nose where I scrunch, and the results have been amazing. Two weeks in, and this is by far the best Dysport experience I've had--flawless results and very reasonably priced. But they offer so much more than just Dysport and Botox. If you're looking to boost your confidence or simply feel more like you again, run--don't walk--for a consult with this team.
