Having previously had open heart surgery they admitted me but by the next morning they could not determine the source of my pain. They sent me home and told me to follow up with my doctor. I went to see Dr. Wilson a couple of days later and told him what happened. He took one look at me and said, "You have Shingles". Over the years I have come to trust Dr. Wilson and his judgment completely. I have also referred several of my friends to him.

I usually go to Med Stop in Bonaire, but there is no comparison. The doctor on staff today was Dr. Monde-Jones. I apologize that I cannot remember the nurse that assisted me, and her name does not appear on my paperwork, but both were fantastic. The nurse was thorough in the questions that she asked, and actually listened to the responses. Dr. Monde-Jones continued by asking next-level questions that allowed her to formulate the best care plan for me. A times I felt as if I was talking too much because I'm not accustomed to physicians and medical professionals actually listening so intently without interrupting. Dr. Monde-Jones was very personable and I really wish she could be my Primary Care Physician. Yes, I asked several times but unfortunately she cannot. Regardless, the knowledge and guidance that I walked away with will help me make informed and confident decisions with regards to the direction I take with my medical care. I highly recommend Dr. Monde-Jones and the nurse that was on shift 7/26/2025 at 1030 hours.

My family and I were appalled when he told us that all we were doing was prolonging his life. It was my dad's choice to continue to live. When we moved him away, Dr. Shekarappa left out important medications (diuretics) from his medical records. We have always said that this doctor contributed to our father's death. In our eyes, Dr. Shekarappa did not care about my father's wishes. He also put in my dad's records that dad was suffering from dementia. That was purely a deliberate, vicious misrepresentation of my dad - his mind was crystal clear!! Do not allow this doctor to care for anyone in your family.

The office experience always has been positive with no issues so far with the office staff but when there is a issue its fixed on the spot. Dr. Al-Shroof offers quality care to his patients. Also his office has a on site blood draw to where you can do it in office instead of going to the Hospital to have it done which is quite nice. Do they have restrooms and parking spots for his patients and family of patients? Yes they do. They have very limited handicapped parking spots so please keep that in mind. Also if you need a prior authorization done for a certain medication they have staff that handles that as well in office which is nice instead of dealing with someone that handles it out of office. He also has Hospital privileges and very good bed site manners when he comes to visit and follow up with you about your health concerns or questions while your in the Hospital at that current point of time. Plenty of seating in the waiting room while waiting for your turn to see the doctor.

I have insurance and on top of a 46.00 copay I was charged $410 per office visit after my insurance which added up to over $300. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
