His nurse Amber was very sweet and was able to get my echo done today as well with this visit. The two AA ladies who did my preworkup (history and EKG) were magnificent as well (Sorry I dont know your names). The echo technician was excellent. She was super, super nice and engaged in great conversation during the test. It was so full in the lobby when I got there, but one of the checkout ladies came from her desk to check people in from her hand held device to assist the the ladies working the four check in windows. When I do manage to reach someone, the staff is rude and unhelpful. The nurses do not return calls. They has prescribed a medication that I am allergic to on multiple occasions, and it is nearly impossible to reach his nurse. Even when I explain that the medication prescribed could be life-threatening for me, no one follows up. They are also very poor at completing insurance forms correctly, and when mistakes are made, there is no support to resolve the issue. If you have any other option, I strongly recommend choosing a different facility.
