I can't imagine these negative reviews are for Dr. Franco. I have been a patient for several years and my husband has also been with him for about 15 years. I have never had a doctor so caring and concerned for his patients in my life. When my father (also a patient) passed away, Dr. Franco called to check on us and give his condolences. When my husband was hospitalized with multi-organ failure and sepsis, Dr. Franco was able to access the hospital system and explain everything the team of specialists were doing. Everyone I have recommended Dr. Franco to has been extremely satisfied with his care and compassion. Like everywhere else, the office staff come and go and some are better than others. Overall, I've rarely had an issue getting what I needed from them. I think calls are returned quickly and I NEVER leave that office feeling like I didn't get what I came for. We normally go to a doctor when we're sick or injured so I can only imagine the negative reviews were from people that were at not feeling the greatest when they posted them. I highly recommend Dr Franco. I don't know what I'll do when he retires :( read more

The Nurse that I seen was ok. The office staff is bad and uncaring. I had to call 3 days in a roll to get my meds called in. Unless you want to be treated like cattle do not go here! read more

Dr Franco has been my PCM for several years. He is throuough, knowledgeable, compassionate and has a warm bedside manner. I appreciate that he does not overbook patients in his office. I rarely have to wait more than 15 min before being placed in an exam room - and soon after that I am seen by the doctor or his PA (who is great also,). During a recent hospital stay, it was his attention to detail, combine with his years of experience, that possibly saved my life. His staff is also friendly and professional. Love Dr. Franco! Has been my Dr for years now through being type one diabetic, kidney failure, dialysis, a weird stomach disorder that kept me in and out of the hospital for years, and dual kidney and pancreas transplant... and I'm only 34.... He has worked great with all my other drs and worked tirelessly to try to help figure out my obscure stomach problem... always takes his time to listen to me in the office and address my concerns as I voice them. Has never been rude or condescending to me or my parents who also use him. If I have an immediate medical need to see him he has always worked me in immediately. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because he doesn't see patients in the hospital anymore ... he has a dr he partners with that does his hospital rounds so he can see more patients in office. I have been a patient of Dr. Franco for over 5 years. He is an excellent physician. He is skilled, professionable and caring. He does not demand, but rather encourages you to be a partner with him in your own healthcare. And he is willing to acknowledge when something is beyond his expertise to ensure you get to the appropriate specialist in a timely manner. His office staff is friendly and proficient. In fact, Dr Franco is one of the few doctors in WR that you are actually seen at or very near your appt time. I am more than satisfied with the care I have received under Dr. Franco and gladly reccommend him to anyone looking for a PCM. read more

This doctor acts like he cares and is really out only for the money. Do not waste your time with this so called doctor.

Terrible, money hungry, uncaring, self absorbed man that is an aweful doctor. Doesn't bother to return calls to his service if he feels they aren't worth his time, he has the receptionist that has NO medical training at all return the calls. Avoid this guy like the plague. read more
