I also used the weight loss clinic, and I am certain I wasted a lot of money because the same injections that they claim they use is the exact same that others just picked up from the pharmacy. They lost weight, I lost NOTHING. I kept being told give it more time. I paid over $1500 for NOTHING. For this reason, I will never return to this office. The staff was nice, but to blatantly rip someone off is not ok. I will find another primary care before I allow someone to continuously rob me in front of my face. I think they give more B12 than anything.

The office experience always has been positive with no issues so far with the office staff but when there is a issue its fixed on the spot. Dr. Al-Shroof offers quality care to his patients. Also his office has a on site blood draw to where you can do it in office instead of going to the Hospital to have it done which is quite nice. Do they have restrooms and parking spots for his patients and family of patients? Yes they do. They have very limited handicapped parking spots so please keep that in mind. Also if you need a prior authorization done for a certain medication they have staff that handles that as well in office which is nice instead of dealing with someone that handles it out of office. He also has Hospital privileges and very good bed site manners when he comes to visit and follow up with you about your health concerns or questions while your in the Hospital at that current point of time. Plenty of seating in the waiting room while waiting for your turn to see the doctor.

I have never had a doctor so caring and concerned for his patients in my life. When my father (also a patient) passed away, Dr. Franco called to check on us and give his condolences. When my husband was hospitalized with multi-organ failure and sepsis, Dr. Franco was able to access the hospital system and explain everything the team of specialists were doing. Everyone I have recommended Dr. Franco to has been extremely satisfied with his care and compassion. Like everywhere else, the office staff come and go and some are better than others. Overall, I've rarely had an issue getting what I needed from them. I think calls are returned quickly and I NEVER leave that office feeling like I didn't get what I came for. We normally go to a doctor when we're sick or injured so I can only imagine the negative reviews were from people that were at not feeling the greatest when they posted them. My primary care doctor referred me to this location because I was in need of an OB-GYN. The outside looks like a small prison. I was unsure if I was at the right place until I walked through the steel double doors and saw a somewhat cozy waiting area. There were two windows, so I walked up to one and stood there for two minutes, and after being ignored by the 5 staff members, I walked to the other window. The lady at the other window asked me to sign in, then assisted me. I didn't feel any warm fuzzies from the front desk staff at all. When I was called back, the lady who assisted me was friendly and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, seeing the doctor, he listened to what I needed, conducted an exam, and a follow-up was scheduled. During my follow-up, instead of him offering me options or even explaining what my symptoms could be, he told me I needed to see a specialist closest ones are over 100 miles away and to come back after that. Needless to say, if he had no ability to help me, he should have suggested a specialist during our first visit. It was all a waste of time. I had better advice from you tube than what this doctor offered me. I just moved here from Atlanta and had no idea how few good doctors this area has. Good luck in your search.

My family and I were appalled when he told us that all we were doing was prolonging his life. It was my dad's choice to continue to live. When we moved him away, Dr. Shekarappa left out important medications (diuretics) from his medical records. We have always said that this doctor contributed to our father's death. In our eyes, Dr. Shekarappa did not care about my father's wishes. He also put in my dad's records that dad was suffering from dementia. That was purely a deliberate, vicious misrepresentation of my dad - his mind was crystal clear!! Do not allow this doctor to care for anyone in your family.
