Well, I've been working with this place for about a year and a half now, and there is mostly good…read moreand a little not so good I've dealt with. So here is my honest review... The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. She was everything I was hoping for in a lawyer, and would I absolutely work with her in the future. Highly recommended! 5/5 The okay The paralegals were very respectful and nice, I'll give them that. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. It was frustrating to say the least, as I had to do a lot of the calling around and legwork in the early parts of the case when I was still recovering. Roswill and Lisa were great, but with the others there were issues. 4/5 The bad Towards the end of my case, I had some legal questions that were not a specialty of my lawyer, so she recommended another lawyer her firm works with named David Don. After calling over a few weeks, so scoffed at me, told me it was unfortunate what happened, but he just didn't want the case. A simple no would of been fine, but this guy just wanted to insult me, and was as rude as possible. This is a BIG red mark on The Husband and Wife Law Firm. Associating with someone who treats your clients like that is very insulting, and makes me question where this law firms morals are. My lawyer apologized later, but still a huge F for both here and Mr. Don. 0/5 Well, after a very long wait I was able to experience working with multiple people in this law firm. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa). The David Don incident was a bad stain on my opinion of this place. But overall I'm giving this place a solid 4/5. I'm putting in 5/5 because yelp giving this place 3 point whatever is way too low, and they honestly deserve something in the 4-5 range. 5/5 range if they stop recommending David Don. Thanks again Janel and say hi to Roswill for me. Enjoy the gift! Edit: I received a call from someone working at the firm to inform me they are no longer recommending Mr. Don, nor are they working with his firm. This is 5/5 attitude to have and makes me want to recommend this place more. See a problem and fix it. Not put a band-aid on it, but fix it. Well done H&W LT.

I was blindsided by an emergency custody situation and felt overwhelmed, but The Valley Law Group…read morechanged the trajectory of my case. From the moment I reached out, I felt understood and supported, thanks in large part to Elda Garcia, whose calm, reassuring presence helped me breathe again. Katie Morgan and Lauren Whistler moved quickly to respond, and Jonathan Roeder stepped in for the pretrial hearing with confidence and care. Their professionalism and genuine concern gave me real confidence when I needed it most. Communication stayed clear and timely throughout, and I never felt left in the dark. Walking into court, I did so with a sense of courage because I knew I was in capable hands. The emergency order was quashed, and I regained my legal decision-making and parenting time rights. I would gladly turn to The Valley Law Group again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley who needs thoughtful, tenacious legal support. Their client-first approach - listening, strategic advocacy, and unwavering dedication - truly makes a difference.

Warning to Parents: Deceptive Marketing and Unsafe Legal Advice…read more"I contacted The Valley Law Group because they explicitly advertise a 'Free Consultation' across 24/7 phone lines. Despite their staff confirming this over the phone, the experience was a bait-and-switch. I was lured in under the guise of legal help, but it quickly turned into a high-pressure discussion about my finances without ever receiving the promised attorney consultation. Under Arizona Rule of Professional Conduct 7.1, communications about legal services must not be false or misleading. Advertising a 'free' service and then switching the terms is a clear violation of that trust. Furthermore, the legal strategy suggested by Ryan Reppucci was incredibly reckless. He recommended that I voluntarily file for a Rule 35 psychological evaluation on myself. As a parent, I now know this is a dangerous 'legal trap' that would have opened the door for the opposing party to invade my medical privacy and attack my custody rights. Suggesting a parent voluntarily submit to a court-ordered psych eval--especially when only trying to resolve a fee dispute--feels like a setup designed to create more litigation rather than protect the client. If you are a father looking for an advocate who values honesty and your right to privacy, look elsewhere. Ryan Reppucci and this firm use 'free' lures to get you in the door, then provide advice that could jeopardize your relationship with your children."
