We were told they would be able to help with our unique case (MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS A VICTIM OF A HIT AND RUN) but right from the start it was very disorganized. After months of no communication or updates I started to contact them to see what the hold up was and they proceeded to tell me they were unable to get the required documents to move forward and asked if I could try to retrieve them myself.
