We love Mc Kennas and have shopped with them throughout the years at three separate locations as they have moved spots periodically. Please note: as of 10-15-25 the address that YELP has in Lomita is incorrect. They moved about 6 months ago down the street near Rolling Hills Way and PCH (behind the torrance airport) right next to Honeybaked Ham ( near where they used to be at a long time ago). The staff is always helpful, store is always clean, and they always have a wonderful selection for both men and women. They also keep blankets in stock, too! Their rewards program is helpful for those that shop there frequently, as well. We love to go there and support their business. read more

Biggest selection of Pendleton's around. Store is always well organized and neat and clean. Even last minute I've called paid over the phone had it steamed/ironed and put on a hanger and just swung by to pick up. They have always made everything easy peasy for me! Been coming here for years. Not once have they ever made me feel uncomfortable!!! I have a mixed review. this was our first time here. everyone was try nice except for one of the ladies who worked there. she honestly made us feel so uncomfortable had we not been there for a special occasion we would've left. I'm not sure if she thought we weren't going to buy something so didn't want to waste her kindness and good manners on us but I won't go back. Everyone else is extremely nice and I wish her attitude towards us didn't overshadow theres but we even left feeling like WHAT JUST HAPPENED we asked for a shirt size and her answer was "we don't have it!" super annoyed and one of the other ladies interrupted and said "I'll check we may have it..." and of course they had it. It's a beautiful store, plenty of variety... just beware that if you are brown or if this lady doesn't like your appearance it may not be a good experience. She watched us like we were going to steal something... it was seriously so weird! Honestly wish I wouldn't have spent money there because of it but like I said we were there for a special occasion. I get cold super easily, so when it was time to find a warm blanket I figured I'd check out the best blankets I could think of: Pendleton wool blankets. I lucked out and found the perfect king-sized, white, machine-washable (!!) wool blanket at McKenna's. The sales people were lovely and helpful. They have nice men's and women's clothes, too. The biggest regret I have is not coming to McKenna's Pendleton sooner. After years of putting up with bad service, bad attitudes and a disorganized mess at some other store I came here and it was the complete opposite. The staff here is exceptional. Always a smile on everyone's face and you always get greeted when you walk in. I'm kinda picky and can sometimes be a little difficult but Briana always goes above and beyond to help me out. With my busy schedule I sometimes call instead of going in and instead of just referring me to their website they patiently answer all my questions. Their knowledge of the different colors and the years that they were produced is very impressive. The selection here is huge and with the way the store is kept it's very easy to find what you're looking for. I would definitely recommended this place when you are looking for a new Pendelton or a throw back from the 50's or 60's. read more
