I've been to this location before (about two years ago), and I also had a great experience with a blond guy who helped me then. He was excellent as well, and my plant that he helped me save is still thriving! The store itself is lovely--great ambiance, light, temperature, and atmosphere. It feels so peaceful. They carry a wide selection of plants and such fun, quirky products. Their employees never try to upsell or be pushy, but if you need help -- they help. I waited nearby while she assisted another colleague, hoping to ask about the refund status once she was free. When I finally got her attention to ask, she responded by saying she assumed I was waiting around because I wanted a job at the store -- rather than simply answering my question. This came across as dismissive and unprofessional, especially since I was a paying customer trying to confirm my refund, not someone loitering. I'd expect an associate to clearly communicate refund details at the point of return, and to respond respectfully when a customer follows up. I hope this feedback helps improve training on customer communication.

I love going to Weston Nurseries because they make everyone feel like a garden expert. Their staff are helpful and friendly and if they don't know an answer, they'll find someone who does! I was very pleasantly surprised to see their huge selection of perennials had been laid out alphabetically this year!!!!! No more aimless wandering looking for astilbe in the middle of the hellebores or sedum. The prices are a bit higher than other local shops or big box home improvement stores. However, aside from two of the mini plants I bought from the clearance section that died, I have never been disappointed in the quality of things I've purchased there.
