Linda did a (stunning) large charcuterie table for cocktail hour, four different pizzas, a pasta salad, and caesar salad for us. I have a gluten sensitivity, and she was even able to accommodate my needs as well as the food allergies of our guests. It was super convenient having them coordinate the table design at their warehouse, including the linens, plateware, and glassware. On the wedding day, the staff was extremely attentive and brought us hand rolls before cocktail hour even started to ensure we actually got to eat. The live hand roll station was a massive hit with our guests and absolutely delicious.
