On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. Each time they were super professional and helpful. Really positive experience, got done exactly what I needed to get done, reasonable price. They're very conscientious about the details too. With the toilets, with the one we were replacing it was really important that we get the identical one to replace it, the same form factor etc. A couple days after I made the order but in advance of the visit Debi called and was uncertain about product number we'd found on the toilet we were replacing. Something didn't seem quite right. The product number of the base of the toilet didn't seem to match the model of the lid and the color of the porcelain didn't match. After a little more investigating we discovered the at some point before we owned the home someone had replaced the lid with one from a different model and painted it to match. Long story short tracking down this detail meant avoiding ordering and installing the wrong model. Again, just real attention to detail. I recommend them.
