But it is clean and kid friendly as is. I also did this because i had to wait awhile (i arrived 15 minutes early and wasnt seen for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and no staff informed me why until i was in back. The dentist explained they had two emergency cases drop in just before me and he was held up. Friendly dentist and was very patient. He showed my daughter the exam and tools using stuffed animals first and had her help him. Explained everything and we got lots of prizes after. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist in the area

I went due to extreme bilateral flank pain. I thought I had a kidney infection. They brought me back and checked my urine. Britney comes in and says my urine was clear, only some blood. She did not examine/touch/ look at my back to see if it was musculoskeletal. She listened to my heart and lungs, and that's it. Prescribed me antibiotics anyway and get this...gave me 6 Naproxen. I mean...6?! I don't go to the doctor EVER. I hate going so when I do, it's severe. My back is still hurting, and the appointment was a waste of $50. At least give me 20. I never in my life prescribed someone 6 Naproxen. Guess I'll just have to keep living with this pain.

I was told after I came in to get my cavity fixed, then I could make the next appointment. When I showed up for my appointment for the cavity, was in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. I was brought back and waited about another 30 minutes to get numbed up. I was told the dentist would be with me shortly. It was about 40 minutes and I finally got up and was looking around for anyone to talk to. I found an assistant on her phone in the room next to me and asked her when the dentist would be in to start the work and she said "honey, I don't know" in a condescending tone. She got up and walked away and a minute later the dentist walked in and I heard her under her breath say "alright you twisted my arm". The dental work took less than 5 minutes. I understand if a business is understaffed, things are difficult. But please don't overbook if you won't be able to service your patients in a timely manner. I won't be returning for anymore services unfortunately.

Notice how in the reply below "Cindy" just talks over me? Yeah that's how they treat you . I went in last year for a filling and they screwed it up and left me in pain all weekend. They stop answering the phone right when they close, so don't expect them to go beyond. The place is old and out dated even the x ray machine has a manufacture date of NOV 1982. Cindy can type all she wants to about what they "strive" to do, but what they actually do is a different story. Even in 2022 they still want you to wear a mask and take your temp, just to give you an idea of how out of touch they are. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
