I am trying to schedule a mammogram and the lady that answered put on hold and then I kept getting hung up on. Then when I kept trying to call back they would answer and then hang up on me. Happened like 6 times!! read more

Efficient and professional. Been there several times over the last five years. Sometimes it's faster than others, but that's life. I'm confident those that work there would rather everything went smoothly; not everything is under their control. I suffer from severe claustrophobia, so they allowed my spouse in the MRI room to hold my hand. The staff was extremely empathetic and accommodating. read more

Let me start by saying, the technician at Compass Imaging in Gulfport Mississippi, was nice and seemed proficient. So, if you want to get an x-ray for the fun of it, this is the place to go. However; If you want your physician to receive your x-ray records, so you know whether you have a broken bone or not, go somewhere else! I had my wrist x-rayed Monday afternoon, but my doctor did not receive my records until Friday morning. Believe me, when I say, It wasn't for the lack of trying. I could not get a call back. By the time my doctor got the x-ray, I was ready to pull my hair out! The moral of this story is; Save your self a Lot of grief, and check the ratings first. read more

I went to pick up a disk today and the patient coordinator lady was so RUDE. It is your job to greet and answer questions, if you cannot how about finding a new job. I hope if I ever have to go back she is not working. read more

I brought a book, prepared for the inevitable wait, but I didn't even have a chance to read one line. I was called back immediately. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I almost enjoyed having an MRI. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide. read more

I will begin with a review of the staff and facility. AWESOME people and Kathie is an absoulute sweetheart. She runs the front desk and couldn't be nicer. Tim did my MRI and he is funny and super cool. This is where I had a dilemma- My 4:45 appt turned into their 6:10 appt. Why? Because they had a difficult scan (pt that took way longer then expected) earlier in the day that set everybody back- and we are talking a long wait. The girl 'ahead' of me was there even a longer time then me. My scan went well and I sure didn't die from having to wait but after driving up Hwy 49 I was not interested in a reschedule. So my question-with a $5000 test, why can't there be maybe two machines and a back-up tech in case this happens? You know this has to be a regular thing because I was very still and they had to redo a few of my sections. Can't imagine someone with anxiety or an elderly/child etc..... Anyway, the staff made up for it. I just was unfortunate enough to be there when they were running very behind. read more
