I have made multiple calls to these people trying to get them to submit the bill to the correct payor. Obviously, they are not able to get it together. Now they have added it to my credit report! Now, the only thing I can do is get ugly with them in person. What is wrong with people these days? Don't they understand that with people they won't have a job? read more

I had surgery at Gulfport Memorial and verified my information with them was correct. Needless to say, I never got one single bill from SMB Radiology. In May I am routinely checking my credit report (as I do often) to see a collection on my credit report. I call these people and it is a collection agency. I verify my information with them, explain that I have never received a bill and that my insurance company should have paid their service in full. Well, the reason they didn't is because they didn't have my correct insurance information NOR my correct address NOR my correct phone number. Where they received this information from I have no idea. This company will be quick to ruin your credit if not paid in what they feel is a timely manner. I have since resolved this fiasco and finally after months and months received all my mony back that I paid and the collection agency DID remove it from my credit report since none of the information provided to them was correct in any way. read more

This "entity" is comprised of the most ignorant "people" I have ever seen. I had back surgery from Dr Wolfson with Memorial Hospital. The VA authorized and assured me in writing that I would not be responsible for any charges pertaining to this surgery. These "people" in spite of all the correspondence I sent them showing that the VA was responsible, continued to "code" their billing incorrectly that routed the billing through the Biloxi VA. The authorization clearly states to route the billing to the New Orleans VA. Consequently, the VA did not pay an $81.00 radiology bill until I got the mistake corrected so that this "entity" will get paid. In the mean time, this "entity" screwed up my otherwise perfect credit. I think these "brain dead" people should loose all the business they possibly can, since they deserve it. This could happen to you also. Their last "Warning" was dated 10/2/2015 and it gave me 15 days to pay or they would place this for collection. Today is 10/9/2015. This review is relevant describing the business decisions they make. I do not feel they are appropriate. read more
