Home health never showed when they were suppose to and missed a strep throat. They overkill, change prices several times. Spellcheck sucks on this site. It was ocean springs hospital poor post op care, dont answer call bells. Dont leave ur relative alone no matter what age they r. They over bill so check ur statements when billed.​​

This appointment was for a specialists. Unfortunately, I had canceled the appointment. I asked to reschedule and they said they would have to check with someone on getting back to me. I received a callback from Bienville and they stated that since I didn't give them a 24 hr notice, I am being charged $150.00 dollars. I asked to speak to a supervisor, because their text said I would be charged $50.00 dollars for missed appointments. Then they said they would pass my complaint to a manager and they would call me back. No-one ever called me back. The following week I in fact was billed from their office $150.00 dollars. I tried calling them multiple times and left messages, which took them a day or two to get back to me. A Director returned my call two days later and said that the fee will stand she will not remove it that is their policy. I stated first off no-one told me that and furthermore I never signed anything stating that. However, I did receive a text the night before stating I would be charged the $50.00 dollars. She says that is for regular appointments not for specialists. Hello, ummmm that facility is nothing but Specialists there. She says doesn't matter whether I signed anything or not, she will not remove fee and will not reschedule me until that fee is paid. That Director continued to speak over me, she was very disrespectful in tone and attitude as if she was speaking to an employee. Her disrespectful and aggressive tone was unbecoming of any medical professional. She lacked emphathy for my situation, the reason I had to cancel and was severely lacking in customer service skills. I filed a complaint with the BBB, ending 2786. I would not recommend the above mentioned facility. They managed to take an addition equation and turn into trigonometry equation and they are clearly trying to rip people off. THEY DO NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR.

It has been one week and three days from the time of my surgery and I still have not heard from either of them even though I was told that I would receive a call the next day. I finally called them on Friday and after I got very upset, they had the nurse call me back. She could tell me very little and was supposed to get more information and call me back. That has NOT happened. Please do yourself a favor. Do not to use them. If I have to have any other orthopedic surgery I will seek another practice!

It seemed that every member of the team had to come in one at a time, ask the same questions, and then act confused at my answers like information that was just taken by someone else was wrong. I have never been seen less than an hour and a half past my appointment time, and they aren't even friendly about it. Their x-ray machine is out of the sixties, and they insist on taking inferior images when I have digital copies of the same images from two weeks before. They did get the surgery done, but it was the most difficult and least proactive medical service I have ever seen.
