We don't insurance (told her we knew that but we were wanting to see the facility) Her next comment, we don't have any openings until March again reiterated I was just checking but after this first impression there's no way the wife or I would go here for acupuncture therapy. Another turn off was room need cleaned or painted as it had some kind of stain on the wall (not very appealing or giving me a clean feeling), again not good first impression. They may offer the best care but they won't have any endorsement from either me or my wife. So if this receptionist is the first thing you run into representing this business it'll turn a lot of patients off. The drs should think twice about who they have greeting existing or potential customers. They need to remember first impressions are important because you may not get a second chance. Business is tough enough without having your front person chasing of customers. Also apply the rule of 100 when you upset someone, they'll definitely tell others who in turn do the same. An employee sat next to me with an iPad and reviewed my appointment. She (out loud) asked me questions so everyone can hear "Do you approve getting massages around your glut area?" Yes or No? " Do you approve us to massage your abdomen area?" It was kinda embarrassing as the other 5 employees looked and listened for my answer. After the inquisition, I was guided to the tranquillity room with 6 chairs in a room with 5 of them being taken up by other customers. This room was short of tranquil as one women was talking though earbuds and another guy was texting with his key stroke noise activated. tick tick tick tick tick ding tick tick. The 90 minute massage is a 5 minute consultation, 5 minute dress/undress time in the room and 80 minutes of massage time. The added exfoliating foot rub lasted 3 minutes for both feet. I ordered the medium pressure massage and all I received was very light hand motions. I requested more pressure but did not receive. At about the 40 minute mark, I was just waiting to get the end. The massage was just mediocre and not what I expected for the cost. After the massage back to the front desk to pay, they tried to sell me everything in the lobby along with a membership offer and asked when I wanted to book my next massage. I gladly declined, paid and walked out. I'll stick to the local casino area for the best massages which have access to showers, saunas, and steam rooms to enjoy as well.
