I have been here several times before. Michele has always been AMAZING! This time, I saw Britney. Now, I was an RN for 13 years and NP for 3 and know how these visits should go. I went due to extreme bilateral flank pain. I thought I had a kidney infection. They brought me back and checked my urine. Britney comes in and says my urine was clear, only some blood. She did not examine/touch/ look at my back to see if it was musculoskeletal. She listened to my heart and lungs, and that's it. Prescribed me antibiotics anyway and get this...gave me 6 Naproxen. I mean...6?! I don't go to the doctor EVER. I hate going so when I do, it's severe. My back is still hurting, and the appointment was a waste of $50. At least give me 20. I never in my life prescribed someone 6 Naproxen. Guess I'll just have to keep living with this pain. read more

A great staff goes a long way, and the staff here are friendly and genuinely care about why you're visiting. I was seen for strep throat at this office after being rushed out of my primary caregiver's office following a negative rapid test. They understood my concern (especially with a newborn at home), offered multiple tests, and were not willing to send me away without an answer. From checking in to leaving with a prescription, my experience took less than 40 minutes in total! The provider, Jose Ramirez, and his team are true professionals. read more

When one makes an appointment or is told to come in at a certain time and still has to wait over an hour to two hours I would say something is wrong. Also booking an appointment online is pointless because often it says an error has occurred with no explanation.. Next time I'm gonna try the one in Gulfport and if it's the same type of situation that I'm gonna have to find another urgent care. I want to amend my review, based on a conversation I had with someone at Alpha Care. I'm changing the one star review to a 3 star review. I think when someone from a company actually looks at your feedback and wants to talk to you it says a lot about the business and that they really want to get it right. I will give the Cedar Lake location another try if I need Urgent Care in the future. read more

I went here a couple months ago and asked if they took my insurance and they said yes only to find out a few days ago they were out of network and insurance only covered half then I was sent a bill just a few days ago and 3 days passed and the auto withdrew money from my bank account with no warning! I got charged 180$ AFTER copay and insurance for them to swab my nose and send me on my way very frustrating and will NEVER go back. read more

Update: doctor of this clinic called me. Tells me this will never happen again, offered to make amends. I am pleasantly surprised by the accountability he is holding his staff to. Will give them another shot. Original: Sunday night my daughter tells me she can't smell or taste dinner. I pack up all three kids and zoom over here because they're open and do rapid Covid screenings. I get there at 730 on the dot. I tell the lady that we need to be screened. She tells me to check us all in, I'm checking in the second person and another lady comes to window and tells me "we stopped doing that 5 minutes ago" Um what? WHAT? Speechless. Then she says "we open at 8am" I told her I'm a nurse and I'm supposed to be at work at 630. She's just looks at me. We leave. Mind blown. read more

This is my second visit to this clinic in 2 weeks. I think this is a great walk in facility. Due to COVID they were slammed. But I made an appointment on line the evening before, was seen within 45 minutes (this is excellent considering they have average patient load of 80-100 patients daily due to COVID) Total time in and out seeing a practiciner and having a chest X-ray was 1 1/2 hours. While I was here the staff was very friendly and efficient. They had missed lunch but were still so friendly and caring. read more

I arrived at clinic was not aware of appointment instead of walk in ,receptionist very rude and talked loud as if trying to bring attention to a situation that was not explained to me. Equipment not adequate, grandson blood pressure taken three times with three different readings,I trust neither . I was there for COVID-19 test, got the rapid called back with ten minutes to see if I could get the pcr and was informed by the rude receptionist that my test swabs were thrown in the trash. I will never go to this clinic again and will inform anyone who listens to find an alternative health care to visit. The assistant that took our information and nurse was nice and that is the only reason I gave a two rating. Please don't go if you want answers about your health in the present climate with COVID-19 rampant. (Update) The receptionist from the clinic reached out and apologize for my experience and offered the pcr test with no wait. I appreciate this and hopefully my next visit will be better. read more

If I could give this a 1000 starts I would. I was visiting Biloxi last week and had a problem. The staff and NP Angela went over and above to get me back on track. Angela' s quick thinking and empathic way avoiding my visit to the ER , I was that close. Not only did they cared but called me two days later to check on me knowing I had left MS. I can't thank the staff and Angela enough. My situation could have gone real bad very quickly if they had not acted professionally. Next time I am in town I might go visit , that's how they treated me and my wife, like we were one of their own God Bless you all read more

While on vacation my son fell ill with a high temp. After searching in-network facilities, we found this location. It was very clean, modern, spacious. The front desk attendant was very helpful, very sweet. The wait wasn't horrible, about 30 mins. The MA & Dr with both great with my son. Both very sweet & caring. Tested him for strep & flu... results were very fast. They helped us find the closest CVS on our route to New Orleans. They made this mama feel comfortable...no one wants to visit an urgent care, especially 1000 miles from home, but it was a very pleasant experience. read more

LIES, NOTHING BUT LIES. How long does it take to get test results? Website says as little as 24 hours, phone message says 24-48 hours. At the 48 hour mark I called and was told they dont send weekend tests in until Monday morning and results should back in 48-72 hours. Fine. Today is Thursday, no one is answering the phone, the voicemailbox is full and, STILL NO RESULTS. FALSE ADVERTISING. I get that they are busy and it's hard to find people to work when they get paid more for staying at home, but this is totally unprofessional. read more

Great place with great staff. Facility is clean and bright. The only place I use when in the Biloxi area.

I created an appointment online the day before as to not have to face any delays and received a confirmation for my appointment via text message and all seemed to be well. I had a 2:14 pm appt, I arrived at 2 pm as advised from my text message. I completed my registration and sat in the lobby for over 40 minutes before I decided to ask the front desk how much longer it would be since the lobby was basically empty. I was told they had no idea how much longer it would be since they see over 100 patients a day. That comment had nothing to do with my question as there was clearly not 100 patients in the lobby at the time I asked. I was taken back for my appointment at 3:20 (over an hour after my scheduled appt) I'm not sure why I created an appointment as I was waiting just as long as a walk in would have, there were 3 patients who arrived AFTER me and were called back and LEFT before I was even seen. I just moved to the area and this location is less than 5 minutes away so I thought it would be a good spot for my care but after this visit I felt as thought the customer care from the front desk staff was very unprofessional and a big deterrent. My medical assistant was fine and the PA solved my issue with a prescription after over 2 hours of waiting. I think this time frame takes away from the "urgent" care which should be addressed for future patients. read more
