My first appointment was great, no issues. Did paperwork for both of my kids. Took my other child today and that place is a joke. My appointment time was 8:50, I arrived at 8:35. Got checked in put in a room,was given more paperwork to fill out. I did and then began the waiting game. At 9:23 no one had walked in our room, not to get a weight check not to check vitals, not even to say "Hey we know you're here and we'll be in soon. I asked why we are still waiting, the lady said since she was a new patient her info was being put in. But I filled out paper work already and this same lady told me at the last appointment I wouldn't need to do it again. Long story short nobody apologized at all for keeping us waiting. Dr.Grayson looked at me, rolled her eyes and went back to her laptop. when I called her out on it all she could say was I didn't roll my eyes. Again nobody apologized for anything,she wanted to speak to me on the side and I declined. Other patients came in after us, were seen and already leaving. There's no excuse as to why we weren't acknowledged. What's the point of an appointment time if you're just going to see who you want?
