The office staff were very nice and knowledgable. CONs: Dr. Wurm was nice but never seemed interested in my child at all. He literally just had the staff do everything and he walked in and said hello and walked out, even though my child was screaming and we brought her in to check for an ear infection and he didn't even examine her. He sent in someone else that quickly looked my child over and they said she looks okay to me. My wife and I didn't agree and took the baby to another pediatrician and within 30 seconds of examining my baby he found the ear infection and fluid within the ear canal, sent us home with lots of medicine and the baby was well 5 days later. If you want a Dr. thats actually troubleshooting the symptoms to diagnose the issue and create a treatment plan go somewhere else. If you just need a sports physical or flu shot for your kid this will work.
