The nurse took my temperature and blood pressure. That's it! I sat in a room for one hour and fifteen minutes without seeing ANYONE. I politely went to the nurses station, cut my wristband off and threw it in the trash. I went back to my hotel and started taking more aspirin. Then one month later, I received a bill for over $1,000... These people are hilarious. Please shut that hospital down. My first appointment was great, no issues. Did paperwork for both of my kids. Took my other child…read moretoday and that place is a joke. My appointment time was 8:50, I arrived at 8:35. Got checked in put in a room,was given more paperwork to fill out. I did and then began the waiting game. At 9:23 no one had walked in our room, not to get a weight check not to check vitals, not even to say "Hey we know you're here and we'll be in soon. I asked why we are still waiting, the lady said since she was a new patient her info was being put in. But I filled out paper work already and this same lady told me at the last appointment I wouldn't need to do it again. Long story short nobody apologized at all for keeping us waiting. Dr.Grayson looked at me, rolled her eyes and went back to her laptop. when I called her out on it all she could say was I didn't roll my eyes. Again nobody apologized for anything,she wanted to speak to me on the side and I declined. Other patients came in after us, were seen and already leaving. There's no excuse as to why we weren't acknowledged. What's the point of an appointment time if you're just going to see who you want? Definitely won't ever return or recommend you take your child unless you want to be forgotten about then treated like you're the problem
