I was then told the service had actually been completed a month earlier and my card was charged. When I raised concerns, the company relied on GPS records showing a truck at my property but could not provide photos from my property, despite telling me that photos are normally taken. What disappointed me most was the way the issue was handled. At no point did anyone offer to come to the property, walk the lawn with me, inspect the results, or independently verify my concerns. Instead, I was left with a charged credit card and no confidence that I received the service I paid for. Most importantly, there was never any visible evidence that the aeration and overseeding had occurred, and there still isn't. More than a month later, the lawn shows no meaningful signs of new grass growth, improvement, or change. Whether the work was not performed or was performed so poorly that it produced no observable result, the outcome was the same from my perspective: I paid for a service and saw no evidence that it benefited my lawn. The office staff was polite throughout the process, but based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

The first batch of trees planted didn't take well and they all turned brown fairly quickly. Without me even saying anything, Brad completely dug them up and replaced them with trees that are doing much better. They are also warrantied for a full year. They also did some work laying mulch and sectioning off a couple areas in our backyard which has held up very well. They have showed up every week to mow the lawn and I have not had any complaints. They also have great prices! I had a different local landscape company come out to quote just regular lawn maintenance and Saline Lawn Care was $8 less per visit than the local competitor. I would definitely recommend, and I plan on continuing to use them for years to come.

I had the pleasure of having AK Lawncare out to replace the grass in my…read morefront yard.(The previous owner sprayed the lawn with weedkiller so he could stop getting tickets for not mowing his grass and also had a hideous chainlink fence that I removed which caused sinking and sagging throughout the front lawn. To make things clear: This house was the eyesore on the street causing other people to question whether or not they will get a bump in their property values. I can happily say that Adam, the owner at AK, came out and personally estimated replacing the entire front lawn with sod. His estimate was competitive(i shopped, they werent the cheapest but werent the most expensive either) and I already knew they do great work(go look at their portfolio or ask for a reference.) so i went with them. They came out, graded my front lawn, and installed the grass within about 6 hours(give or take). While time wasnt an issue it was very nice to see they came out and did everything in a timely manner. As for the finished result...I'm ecstatic. Everything is edged perfectly and they even uncovered and cleaned up some bricks that were lining my front driveway grass before that I didnt even know were there.(They help support the grass from what I understand and it would be a paint o remove all of them. We filed a formal damage claim with documentation and video evidence. It has been weeks and we have not received any response -- no acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. Any reputable contractor should be willing to address damage caused by their crew. AK Lawn Care has chosen to go silent instead. We hope they will do the right thing and reach out to resolve this.
