An investigation should be launched at this site regarding their treatment of women. They opened at 9am there were no sales members walking through the door until 9:20am. I had previously scheduled for a 9am test drive- they did not have anyone working except the manager & an attendant nor did they have the vehicle ready. Finally at 9:50am they had the the car available. I went in to purchase a new SUV and was very clear on my intention, and target $500 monthly payment. They had no interest in selling and they degraded me questioning if I could even buy the car. Additionally they had wild, unfounded accusations about my trade in, clearly must be a tactic they use to scare customers or perhaps just women that shop at this location alone. They then told me they would not sell me a car unless I put down $21,000 to meet my target monthly payment on a $42,000 suv and that was including my trade in that they undercut by $5000 that other dealerships offered. I took my business elsewhere and was actually greeted at the door & purchased same day!

Had an incredibly good experience from beginning to end. Adam Rosen was a huge help in getting me…read moreinto the right vehicle. I had a particular car in mind and there was a similar make/model at the location I could test drive. Adam asked what I liked/disliked about it and what features were important to me while we tested it and asked - no pressure - if I would like to look at other makes and see if they suited me. The suggestions were excellent and on both sides of the price with pros/cons for both. In the end, I went with my initial model choice, but now I was sure of my choice. Adam said, "I understand; you have to pick the car that feels like 'home' to you! And now you know." Supported my decision, never tried to 'sell' me anything but satisfaction. The paperwork was fast and easy and they took care of EVERYTHING for me; even called my insurance company while I was there so I didn't need to handle anything. I researched and looked at invoice for a lot of dealers and I feel confident that the no haggle price I got was a competitive deal - likely one I would have had to negotiate an hour under stress to get to anywhere else. Also kudos to Brian, the sales manager and Will the gentleman who transferred my car from their other location and made sure it was spotless for me when I picked it up the very next day. Yes, that's right - 24 hours later I was driving it and totally confident of my choice. And to top it off, I was renting an Enterprise vehicle, so I was able to just leave it there and they checked it back in at my rental location for me! I can't recommend them enough; the experience was as good as it gets in car sales without being a dealer's relative. And Adam was not only a top flite salesman (professional and knew how to make you feel good about your decisions) but he was also the kind of guy you wanted to go grab a beer with afterwards. Seriously, just fun and positive and funny. In fact, everyone there seemed to be really happy working there and being around customers in a real sense, not the phony way some places act. If you don't at least consider them, you're doing yourself a gross disservice and missing a great deal. No haggling, cars with meticulous service records that feel like new. I'd never buy a used car anywhere else again. Check them out, be your own judge. But if you're looking for a recommendation, I'd say that you'd be crazy to not go there first.

It was a fully loaded 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe.  On the very first day of ownership, the vehicle dangerously overheated. Upon inspecting the engine bay, I discovered the vehicle contained zero coolant. The service department entirely neglected to fill the cooling system before delivery, directly endangering my safety, the safety of my passengers, and catastrophically risking the engine's powertrain integrity. Failure to Remedy & Misconduct: Breach of Certified Standards: Enterprise heavily advertises a rigorous certification process. Selling a car completely void of fluids is a gross failure of this promise and a violation of New York State dealer inspection laws.Property Abandonment: After rejecting the damaged vehicle, Enterprise left the broken car sitting in my driveway for 9 Days. The branch manager completely ignored the issue until I threatened to charge the dealership daily vehicle storage fees. Only then was an associate sent out to retrieve the car.Bait-and-Switch Tactics: 11 Days after purchase, the branch attempted to pass off a "replacement" vehicle. This vehicle was completely substandard compared to my original contract--it was missing the premium features I paid for, and the exterior trim was visibly peeling

My 2025 Silverado is an amazing truck, but two days after a trip of more than 900 miles, it was flat dead, zero current for any function of the vehicle.
