Right away that tells me that this company has a great reputation with other plumbing companies. Tom came out, was able to diagnose the problem and get it taken care of right away. He was so courteous, did a great job and was so reasonable with his pricing. I hate to say it, but sometimes with service companies they overcharge you because they figure that you don't know any better, but I'm really happy to say Tom did not do this. He was upfront about pricing and he didn't try to change it at the last minute. Of course it's impossible to give exact estimates over the phone and before you see what the problem actually is, but he was correct with what he thought the problem was and he stuck with what he estimated it would be. Tom is a licensed and insured plumber (VERY important when hiring any kind of service company) and he services all of Pinellas County. I called Langdeau Plumbing and a visit was set for today, 26 December. Greg snaked out some tree roots and had our 1928 house flushing away waste water like it was built yesterday. Call them for those jobs that you don't want to touch. UPDATE: 18 January, 2021. Water is backing up into the basement again. We've called Langdeau no fewer than three times about returning. Messages have been left with no response from Langdeau. Why have we been put on the pay-no-mind list? Two stars removed. Time to look for a new plumber. I do not recommend employing Langdeau Plumbing.
